铁路集装箱捷运系统车站设计研究

【摘要】:面对集装箱市场日益蓬勃的发展,铁路集装箱运输却由于时效性难以提升,在与公路和航空运输的竞争中处于不利地位。本文在借鉴国内外研究成果和实际经验的基础上,结合我国铁路集装箱运输的特点以及集装箱运输时效性的要求,构建了铁路集装箱捷运系统,并针对捷运系统要求下的运输组织和车站设计进行研究。本论文的主要研究工作和创新点包括以下几个方面:首先,本文提出构建全新的适应我国国情、路情的铁路集装箱捷运系统,其总体构想包括:铁路所有集装箱全部由集装箱列车组织运输。主要集装箱列车在集装箱中心站或专办站直达化、班列化开行,无编组站解编、集装箱箱位客票化管理。提出了在基本沿用2008规划的三级站点网络的基础上,改进和完善各站点的功能。提出了整合现有铁路集装箱运输信息系统,面向铁路集装箱运输内部管理建立铁路集装箱运输信息系统、面向货主建立电子商务平台,实现箱位客票化、业务办理电子化。本文还提出了捷运系统铁路集装箱装卸设备主要为轨道式门吊和正面吊相结合。同时,对电力区段和非电力区段牵引动力讨论,提出不同动力条件下的各种集装箱列车适宜的牵引组织方式。然后,论文介绍了国外和国内现有铁路集装箱运输方式。从列车组织形式上出发,构建了在捷运系统理念下的铁路集装箱列车运输体系,即定期直达集装箱班列、专运集装箱班列、直通集装箱班列、沿途装卸集装箱列车以及小运转集装箱列车5种列车组织形式为一体的运输方式体系,并分析各种集装箱列车的运输组织条件,以满足所有集装箱流的运输条件。同时,简要分析了捷运系统条件下,主要集装箱列车班列化开行的影响因素及开行原则。最后,论文分析了我国现有铁路集装箱车站存在的问题,对三级网络车站进行设计改造。本文提出:集装箱中心站和专办站车站在整体设置上按接发电力牵引的列车和接发内燃或电力-内燃双动力牵引的列车这两种情况设计相应的站型布置形式,并分析其适用条件;一般办理站按照现有货运中间站布置图设计改造,得出相应的站型布置;同时考虑装卸线数量、装卸机械选型和装卸线布置形式以及集装箱列车去向,设计了轨道式门吊作业时装卸线横列、纵列布置时箱区的布局,以及正面吊作业时装卸线横列布置时箱区的布局和一般办理站箱区的布局。本文的创新点在于基于客运化思想构建全新的铁路集装箱捷运系统,并提出与之相适应的新的列车组织形式。同时从车站设计出发,提出了满足铁路集装箱列车组织的一系列车站设计方案,为研究铁路集装箱运输问题提供了新的借鉴。
[Abstract]:In the face of the increasingly vigorous development of the container market, railway container transportation is in a disadvantageous position in the competition with road and air transportation because of the difficulty of improving the timeliness of railway container transportation. Based on the domestic and foreign research results and practical experience, combined with the characteristics of China's railway container transportation and the requirements of container transport timeliness, this paper constructs the railway container rapid transit system. The transportation organization and station design under the requirement of MRT system are also studied. The main research work and innovation of this paper include the following aspects: firstly, this paper proposes to construct a new railway container rapid transit system, which adapts to the situation of our country. Its general idea includes: all railway containers are organized by container trains. The main container train in the container center station or special station to direct, shift to run, no marshalling station unmarshalling, container box ticket management. On the basis of the 2008-level site network, the function of each site is improved and perfected. This paper proposes to integrate the existing railway container transportation information system, to establish the railway container transportation information system for the internal management of the railway container transportation, to set up the electronic commerce platform for the cargo owner, to realize the box ticketing, and to make the business management electronic. The paper also puts forward that the railway container handling equipment of MRT system mainly consists of rail gantry crane and front crane. At the same time, the traction power of electric and non-power sectors is discussed, and the suitable traction organization of various container trains under different dynamic conditions is put forward. Then, the paper introduces the existing railway container transportation mode both at home and abroad. Starting from the train organization form, this paper constructs the railway container train transportation system under the concept of MRT system, that is, regular direct container train, special container train, direct container train. In order to meet the transport conditions of all container flows, the transport mode system of loading and unloading container trains along the way and the small running container trains in 5 kinds of train organization forms is analyzed, and the transport organization conditions of various container trains are also analyzed in order to meet the transport conditions of all container flows. At the same time, the influencing factors and the operating principles of main container trains are analyzed briefly under the condition of MRT system. Finally, the paper analyzes the problems existing in China's existing railway container stations, and redesigns the three-level network stations. In this paper, it is put forward that in the overall setting of container central station and special station, the corresponding station type layout form is designed according to the train that receives electric traction and trains with internal combustion or electric-internal combustion dual power traction. It also analyzes the applicable conditions; the general processing station is designed and reformed according to the layout plan of the existing freight intermediate station, and the corresponding station type layout is obtained. At the same time, the number of loading and unloading lines, the type selection of loading and unloading machinery and the layout form of loading and unloading lines, as well as the direction of container trains, are considered. The layout of the loading and unloading lines, the layout of the box area when the vertical arrangement is arranged, the layout of the box area when the loading and unloading line is arranged in the front crane operation and the layout of the general handling station box area are designed. The innovation of this paper lies in the construction of a new railway container rapid transit system based on the idea of passenger transport, and puts forward a new train organization form corresponding to it. At the same time, a series of station design schemes to meet the railway container train organization are put forward from the station design, which provides a new reference for the study of railway container transportation.
