我国跨境电商发展的路径选择——基于国外跨境电商发展的经验

【摘要】：本文首先从交易、贸易和产业三个维度对跨境电商内涵进行了剖析,接着从贸易环境、支付体系、电子通关、跨境物流、信用体系五个方面分析比较各国跨境电子商务发展经验,提出建立数据库和运用多种平台、建立资金服务平台和对第三方支付平台进行监管,及建立政策服务平台和国际性大物流平台以促进我国跨境电子商务发展的建议。
