企业电子商务运营决策需要考虑的几个问题

【摘要】：电子商务运营是任何一家电子商务企业的最重要的环节,它位于业务流最上游,根本性决定了下游每个环节。本文从用户群定位、盈利模式设计等多个方面分析了电子商务运营策略的制定过程应考虑的因素,最后总结出运营数据的收集与融合是最核心的决策依据。
[Abstract]:E-commerce operation is the most important link of any e-commerce enterprise, it is located in the upstream of business flow, and fundamentally determines every link downstream. This paper analyzes the factors that should be considered in the process of making e-commerce operation strategy from the aspects of user group positioning, profit mode design and so on. Finally, it concludes that the collection and integration of operation data is the core decision basis.
