跨境电子商务的供应链优化研究

【摘要】：在中国进出口贸易需求趋紧的背景下,由政府推动的跨境电商正在发挥出其强大的经济活力和市场需求。从2013年至今,上海、重庆、杭州、宁波、郑州、广州、深圳、天津等跨境电商试点城市逐步的批准和开发,政策实施的过程中,电商平台、监管部门、供应链服务商、品牌商逐步摸索出一条路,并取得了惊人的成绩。在交易量飞速增长的同时,以电子商务为核心的跨境电商供应链出现了上下游衔接沟通的问题,供应链管理缺失、流程效率滞后等问题愈加明显。因此在当前形势下,如何进一步优化产业供应链、提高物流效率是跨境电商面临的挑战和课题。本文在已有研究的基础上,从跨境电子商务的起源及发展过程,对跨境电子商务的供应链现状做了一定的分析,比较了各种供应链模式的优缺点和目前各大电子商务平台的供应链痛点,同时也深入的分析了进口的通关模式的差异化,将影响供应链模式的宏观因素和具体因素进行了解析,从而对跨境电商供应链的优化提出一定的优化措施,来帮助不同规模的跨境电子商务主体采取的合适自己的供应链优化的模式。本文共分为六章。首先第一章绪论主要介绍了跨境电商快速发展导致问题的选题背景和研究跨境电商供应链优化的现实意义,同时提到了供应链优化的研究方法以及本篇论文的框架结构;第二章为跨境电子商务及供应链的理论概述,主要介绍论文研究过程涉及并运用到的相关理论,具体为跨境电子商务的理论演进历程,以及和传统跨境贸易的差异,以及供应链管理的理论等;第三部分为跨境电子商务供应链现状分析,其中具体分析了跨境电子商务不同企业的供应链模式的差异并进行了对比分析,还进一步分了进口通关模式的差异;第四部分为跨境电子商务供应链管理的影响因素分析,分为宏观因素分析和具体因素分析;第五跨境电商供应链优化建议,包括四大优化方向,同时以A企业的供应链现状入手,详细分析了如何优化的具体措施;最后部分为结论和展望,简述了当前政策多变的形势下,对未来跨境电商企业的供应链发展的展望。
[Abstract]:Against the backdrop of tighter demand for China's import and export trade, government-driven cross-border ecommerce is exerting its strong economic dynamism and market demand. Since 2013, Shanghai, Chongqing, Hangzhou, Ningbo, Zhengzhou, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Tianjin and other cross-border e-commerce pilot cities have gradually approved and developed, and implemented policies in the process of e-commerce platform, regulatory authorities, supply chain service providers, Brand merchants gradually found a way, and achieved amazing results. At the same time, with the rapid growth of transaction volume, the cross-border e-commerce supply chain with the core of e-commerce has appeared the problem of upstream and downstream communication, the lack of supply chain management, the process efficiency lag and so on. Therefore, in the current situation, how to further optimize the industrial supply chain and improve the efficiency of logistics is a challenge and topic for cross-border e-commerce. Based on the existing research, this paper analyzes the supply chain status of cross-border e-commerce from the origin and development process of cross-border e-commerce. This paper compares the advantages and disadvantages of various supply chain models and the supply chain pain points of various e-commerce platforms at present. At the same time, it also deeply analyzes the difference of import customs mode, and analyzes the macro factors and specific factors that affect the supply chain model. Therefore, some optimization measures are proposed to optimize the cross-border e-commerce supply chain to help different cross-border e-commerce players adopt their own supply chain optimization model. This paper is divided into six chapters. The first chapter introduces the background of the problem caused by the rapid development of cross-border e-commerce and the practical significance of the research on cross-border e-commerce supply chain optimization. At the same time, the research methods of supply chain optimization and the framework structure of this paper are mentioned. The second chapter is the theoretical overview of cross-border e-commerce and supply chain. It mainly introduces the relevant theories involved in and applied in the research process of the thesis, specifically the evolution of cross-border e-commerce theory, as well as the differences between cross-border e-commerce and traditional cross-border trade. And the theory of supply chain management; The third part is the current situation of cross-border e-commerce supply chain analysis, in which the specific analysis of cross-border e-commerce enterprise supply chain model differences and comparative analysis, but also further divided into import customs mode differences; The fourth part is the analysis of the influencing factors of cross-border e-commerce supply chain management, including macro factor analysis and specific factor analysis. The fifth cross-border e-commerce supply chain optimization suggestions, including four major optimization directions, at the same time starting with the supply chain status of A enterprise, detailed analysis of how to optimize the specific measures; The last part is the conclusion and prospect, and briefly describes the future development of supply chain of cross-border e-commerce enterprises under the situation of changeable policies.
