基于统筹城乡信息平台的鲜活农产品配送运行机制研究

【摘要】：农产品电子商务模式很好地解决了农产品流通环节过多、交易成本高的难题,而统筹城乡信息平台的建设又解决了农产品电子商务过程中信息化管理人才匮乏、信息基础设施落后的局面。因此本文基于统筹城乡信息平台对鲜活农产品配送运行机制进行了研究,首先笔者利用SWOT方法探讨了基于统筹城乡信息平台的鲜活农产品配送运行机制的可行性,然后从交易机制、组织机制、利益协调机制、风险防范机制分析了基于统筹城乡信息平台的鲜活农产品配送运行机制。
[Abstract]:E-commerce model of agricultural products has solved the problem of excessive circulation of agricultural products and high transaction cost, and the construction of information platform in urban and rural areas has solved the lack of information management personnel in the process of e-commerce of agricultural products. The backwardness of the information infrastructure. Therefore, based on the information platform of urban and rural areas, this paper studies the distribution mechanism of fresh agricultural products. Firstly, the author discusses the feasibility of the distribution mechanism of fresh agricultural products based on the information platform of urban and rural areas by using SWOT method. Then from the transaction mechanism, the organization mechanism, the benefit coordination mechanism, the risk prevention mechanism has analyzed the fresh agricultural product distribution operation mechanism based on the overall planning urban and rural information platform.
