C2C信用信息评价过程中的问题与对策研究

【摘要】:作为经济与科技相得益彰的产物,电子商务在当今社会发展迅猛。然而,任何事物的发展都有其两面性,电子商务同样是一把双刃剑,在推动经济发展与为便利民众的同时,其本身的缺陷亦不容小觑,尤其是其中的信用信息评价问题便极大的阻碍了其进一步的健康发展。就目前占电子商务交易市场份额最大的C2C交易模式而言,其在信用信息评价过程中存在的评价失真、好评信息参考价值降低等问题越来越多的引发社会关注。本论文立足当前中国社会C2C发展实际,运用案例分析法、调查问卷法、数据分析法等具体方法,以淘宝网为例,对现有问题进行归纳总结,并从信息实证、评价体系、法律规范等制度保障层面对产生问题的原因以及解决方案进行了展开,以期有益。
[Abstract]:As the product of economy and science and technology, e-commerce develops rapidly in today's society. However, there are two sides to the development of everything. E-commerce is also a double-edged sword. While promoting economic development and facilitating the public, its own shortcomings should not be underestimated. Especially, the problem of credit information evaluation has greatly hindered its further healthy development. As far as the C2C trading mode, which accounts for the largest market share of e-commerce transaction at present, the evaluation distortion in the process of credit information evaluation and the decrease in the reference value of good praise information have attracted more and more attention of the society. Based on the current situation of C2C development in Chinese society, this paper uses specific methods such as case analysis, questionnaire, data analysis and so on, taking Taobao as an example, to summarize the existing problems, and to summarize the existing problems from the information demonstration, the evaluation system, and so on. Legal norms and other institutional protection aspects of the causes of the problems and solutions are carried out in order to be beneficial.
