基于灰色系统理论的山东省跨境电商物流配送模式研究

【摘要】：随着近年来互联网技术以及经济全球化的发展,跨境电商从起步到发展壮大已经经历了一段时期,虽然跨境电子商务出现较晚,但其发展速度和交易规模十分惊人,我国的贸易需求量非常旺盛,在世界电子商务的市场上占有巨大的份额,目前跨境电子商务发展迅猛,同时给跨境物流业带来了千载难逢的机会。物流作为整个环节中最后一个环节,直接影响着消费者的购物体验,专业的物流服务在跨境电子商务中具有很重要的地位。目前政府正在积极投入跨境电商物流运作,并且给予了大量的资金与政策支持。同时政府积极支持沿海城市开展跨境电商活动,山东省作为我国沿海省份之一,山东省的济南市及各个沿海城市更是跨境电商发展的重点对象。论文主要以山东省跨境电商物流配送模式为研究对象,对其现状结构进行了分析。提出了目前跨境电商物流配送过程中主要存在的短板,例如配送速度慢、包裹运输过程中破损甚至丢包、运输过程中无法实现实时监控等问题。同时对跨境电商物流的影响因素进行分析评价,对目前山东省跨境电商中存在的国际小包和国际快递模式、海外仓储模式、跨境第三方物流模式三种模式中的宏观因素和微观因素两大方面进行分析,并通过专家对其影响因素进行打分后,进行灰色评价分析,对比选出目前最适合山东省跨境电商发展的物流配送模式。在文章的最后,通过对跨境电商物流配送的研究分析,提出了跨境电商物流配送模式改进的对策,这为山东省物流政策的进一步发展提供了依据,促进山东省跨境电商物流更快更好的发展。
[Abstract]:With the development of Internet technology and economic globalization in recent years, cross-border e-commerce has gone through a period of time from start to development. Although cross-border e-commerce appears relatively late, its development speed and transaction scale are astonishing. The trade demand of our country is very exuberant, occupies a huge share in the world electronic commerce market, at present the cross-border electronic commerce develops rapidly, at the same time brings the rare opportunity to the cross-border logistics industry. Logistics, as the last link in the whole process, directly affects the shopping experience of consumers. Professional logistics services play an important role in cross-border e-commerce. At present, the government is actively involved in cross-border e-commerce logistics operation, and has given a large amount of funds and policy support. At the same time, the government actively supports coastal cities to carry out cross-border e-commerce activities, Shandong Province as one of the coastal provinces, Shandong Province's Jinan and coastal cities are the key targets of cross-border e-commerce development. This paper mainly takes the cross-border e-commerce logistics distribution model of Shandong Province as the research object, and analyzes its present structure. This paper puts forward the main problems existing in the logistics distribution process of cross-border e-commerce, such as slow delivery speed, breakage and even packet loss in the process of package transportation, and real-time monitoring and control in the process of transportation and so on. At the same time, the influencing factors of cross-border e-commerce logistics are analyzed and evaluated, and the international small package and international express delivery mode, the overseas storage mode, which exist in cross-border e-commerce in Shandong province, are analyzed and evaluated. The macro-factors and micro-factors in the three modes of cross-border third-party logistics are analyzed, and the influencing factors are graded by experts, and then the grey evaluation analysis is carried out. Comparative selection of the most suitable for the development of cross-border e-commerce in Shandong Province logistics distribution mode. At the end of the paper, through the research and analysis of cross-border e-commerce logistics distribution, this paper puts forward the countermeasures to improve the cross-border e-commerce logistics distribution mode, which provides the basis for the further development of logistics policy in Shandong Province. Promote cross-border e-commerce logistics in Shandong Province faster and better development.
