人保公司销售管理系统设计与实现

【摘要】:销售管理系统是基于互联网技术的迅猛发展,使公司实现电子商务化的一种新兴管理模式。通过对销售管理业务流程的优化,搭建高效的管理平台,促使销售管理由传统管理方式专项扁平化、可控化管理。从整体来看,系统需要具有高度的稳定性、可控性以及高效性,能够建立公司与公司之间、公司与个人之间的良好关系;从客户角度来看,通过快捷化查询便于顾客享受等级化的贴心服务,并为顾客节省时间;从销售工作人员角度,采用销售的智能化减少因人为操作产生的纰漏,精准销售数字的同时,减轻人员工作量;从企业管理角度,快捷的销售报表输出,更具直观性,灵活多变的图表应用,能够更为清晰直观的分析销售情况,便于管理与决策。本文设计以UML建模为基础,基于WEB技术、采用ASP.NET技术、结合SQL Server2008R2数据库实现的中国人民财产保险股份有限公司销售管理系统。运用UML对系统的系统管理、参数管理、组织管理、产品管理、销售管理等五个关键模块进行可行性分析及功能需求分析,进行用例建模和描述分析以及非功能性需求分析,为系统的设计奠定了基础;在设计阶段首先从系统的先进性、实用性、高可靠性、以及开放性等系统设计原则分析,从而制定出系统设计的总体构架与功能模块设计,运用系统的结构设计,对系统的各子功能模块进行顺序图设计。在数据存储与读取方面进行实体图设计与数据库表设计,从而完成系统的逻辑设计任务;在实现方面主要从技术要求、运行环境、配置、以及网络拓扑图等进行技术方案阐述,其次在系统各个模块实现方面运用ASP.NET技术对系统模块进行代码编程,通过对系统登录界面和分模块进行展示,从而完成系统的实现任务。在系统方面建立完善的测试计划与测试方法,通过对系统的各个子功能进行测试用例分析与性能测试,该系统能够满足日常的管理工作需要,符合本次设计的要求。通过销售管理系统的实现,能助力中国人民财产保险股份有限公司完成销售管理的科学化、信息化以及现代化,减少日常客户管理与客户开发以及订单处理查询统计,实现销售信息的规范化管理,便于领导管理与决策。通过本次的设计与实现提高公司人员的工作效率,从而有针对性的解决销售中遇到的种种难题,通过统计查询分析得出需开发的客户,在开发新客户的同时,也更加有效的维护好老客户,同时本系统也为其他保险公司设计研发销售管理系统提供一定的帮助。

This paper designs a sales management system of China people's property Insurance Co., Ltd., which is based on UML modeling, based on WEB technology, adopting ASP.NET technology and combining with SQL Server2008R2 database. Using UML system management, parameter management, organization management, product management, sales management and other five key modules of the feasibility analysis and functional requirements analysis, use case modeling and description analysis and non-functional requirements analysis. It lays a foundation for the design of the system. In the design stage, the principle of system design, such as advanced nature, practicability, high reliability and openness, is analyzed in order to draw up the overall framework and functional module design of the system design, and use the structure design of the system. Design the sequence diagram of each sub-function module of the system. In the aspect of data storage and reading, entity diagram design and database table design are carried out so as to complete the logical design task of the system. In the realization aspect, mainly from the technical requirement, the running environment, the configuration, and the network topology diagram to carry on the technical proposal elaboration, secondly in the system each module realization aspect uses the ASP.NET technology to carry on the code programming to the system module, By displaying the login interface and sub-modules of the system, the implementation of the system can be accomplished. In the aspect of the system, a perfect test plan and test method are established. Through the test case analysis and performance test of each sub-function of the system, the system can meet the needs of daily management and meet the requirements of this design. Through the realization of the sales management system, it can help the people's property Insurance Company of China to complete the scientific, informatization and modernization of the sales management, reduce the daily customer management and customer development, as well as the order processing and inquiry statistics, To realize the standardized management of sales information, to facilitate leadership management and decision-making. Through the design and implementation of the company to improve the efficiency of personnel, so as to specifically solve the problems encountered in the sales, through statistical inquiry analysis to get the need to develop customers, while developing new customers, at the same time, Also more effective maintenance of old customers, at the same time this system for other insurance companies to design and development of sales management system to provide some help.
