C2C电子商务交易主体诚信问题的博弈研究
[Abstract]:In the era of rapid development of the Internet, online shopping is everywhere, and the growth of C 2C e-commerce is particularly rapid. The C2C mode of e-commerce makes shopping easier, more convenient and faster, which greatly facilitates people's life. However, compared with the traditional market, there are all kinds of information asymmetry in the e-commerce market, which aggravates the uncertainty of commodity information, personal credit information and so on. The credit problems caused by this problem are all over the whole process of C 2 C transaction, which restricts the development of this market. Therefore, the study of integrity in C 2 C transactions is an important topic in the field of e-commerce management. This paper first introduces the credit status of C2C e-commerce transaction subject, analyzes its causes, and defines the buyer's integrity problem and the seller's integrity problem. Then, aiming at the problem of buyer's integrity, the evolutionary game model between buyer and seller is established, and the causes of buyer's integrity problem and the seller's coping strategy are discussed. Then, aiming at the problem of seller's integrity, the dynamic game models of imperfect information between sellers, sellers and buyers are established respectively. according to the equilibrium results, the best behavior decision of the transaction subject under different conditions is obtained. Finally, from the point of view of platform regulators, this paper systematically studies the integrity of the trading subject, and discusses how to choose the best strategy between the platform regulator and the C2C trading subject by establishing a tripartite game model and equalizing the model. As long as the rules of the trading platform are implemented, the trading subject will choose to trade in good faith.
