杭深沪电商高技能人才培养实践对苏州的启示

【摘要】：近年来,苏州市不断推进电子商务产业发展和电商高技能人才队伍建设,电子商务示范城市建设成效明显,示范效应不断显现。"十三五"时期,苏州有必要借鉴杭州、深圳、上海等城市的电子商务产业发展经验及电商高技能人才培养的实践经验,进一步完善政策保障,推进体制机制创新,优化创新创业环境,加快电商高技能人才培养体系建设。
[Abstract]:In recent years, Suzhou has been promoting the development of e-commerce industry and the construction of e-commerce highly skilled talents. The effect of e-commerce demonstration city construction is obvious, and the demonstration effect is constantly emerging. " During the 13th five-year Plan period, it is necessary for Suzhou to draw lessons from the development experience of e-commerce industry in Hangzhou, Shenzhen, Shanghai and other cities and the practical experience of cultivating highly skilled talents in e-commerce, so as to further improve the policy guarantee and promote the innovation of system and mechanism. We will optimize the environment for innovation and entrepreneurship and speed up the construction of a highly skilled personnel training system for e-commerce.
