我国农村金融包容的区域差异与影响要素解析

【摘要】：金融包容是金融排斥理念的拓展与深化。从金融包容的角度,选取我国31个省、区、市(不含港澳台地区)的农村地区为研究对象,从农户、企业、区域三个层面选取指标,构建农村金融包容综合指数,反映不同区域农村金融包容的区域差异全貌。在此基础上,从需求、供给及社会三个层面筛选农村金融包容的影响要素,并利用模糊曲线法验证各要素对农村金融包容的贡献弹性,有效解决要素间的复杂相关和互为因果关系,从而界定我国农村金融包容的关键影响要素。结合国外经验和实证分析结果,提出我国农村金融包容的对策包括各区域经济、金融、社会的协调,城乡金融协调以及区际金融协调。
[Abstract]:Financial inclusion is the expansion and deepening of the concept of financial exclusion. From the perspective of financial inclusion, the rural areas of 31 provinces, regions and cities (excluding Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan) are selected as the research objects, and the comprehensive index of rural financial inclusion is constructed from the three levels of farmers, enterprises and regions. Reflects the regional financial inclusion in different regions of the regional differences in the panorama. On this basis, the influence factors of rural financial inclusion are screened from three aspects of demand, supply and society, and the contribution elasticity of each factor to rural financial inclusion is verified by fuzzy curve method. In order to define the key factors of rural financial inclusion, we can effectively solve the complex correlation and causality among the factors. Combined with the experience of foreign countries and empirical analysis, the paper puts forward the countermeasures of rural financial inclusion in China, including regional economic, financial and social coordination, urban-rural financial coordination and inter-regional financial coordination.
