民生银行事业部制改革研究

【摘要】:最近这些年,随着利率市场化和互联网金融的快速发展,中国银行业的竞争环境越来越激烈,特别是中小商业银行发展变得更加困难。面对国外大型银行机构的快速发展和国内大型国有银行的不断威胁,如何保证中小商业银行业健康持续发展和实力的不断提升成为国内中小商业银行急需解决的问题。因此,很多国内中小商业银行开始研究改革方向和方法,开始尝试不同的变革来促进发展。 该篇论文重点研究中国民生银行进行的事业部制改革。在研究国内外事业部制理论基础上,通过分析国外大型商业银行事业部制改革的成功案例,结合中国金融业特殊情况,对中国特色的民生银行事业部制改革进行分析。而不同的银行有不同的客户情况,发展问题和市场环境,所以改革一定要符合自身实际情况,对症下药,才能取得最终的胜利。本文从民生银行的公司概况出发,重点阐述了民生银行事业部制改革取得成果及贡献。之后分析了事业部制改革的困难和存在的问题,进而对一些问题的优化对策进行分析,最终得出民生银行事业部制改革的启示。适度创新和风险控制是今后一段时期中国银行业改革趋势。对于国内中小股份制银行来说,在风险可控的前提下,针对各自情况,有步骤、有计划、有目标的进行优化和提升,将是提高自身抵御风险能力,优化经营结构,提升自身实力的有效途径。最后,希望民生银行今后的发展越来越好,也希望中国金融业能够一路高奏凯歌,为中国经济发展做出贡献。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the interest rate marketization and the rapid development of Internet finance, the competitive environment of China's banking industry is becoming more and more intense, especially the development of small and medium-sized commercial banks has become more difficult. Facing the rapid development of large foreign banks and the lack of the threat of large state-owned banks in China, how to ensure the healthy holding of small and medium-sized commercial banks The continuous development and the continuous improvement of strength have become an urgent problem for the small and medium commercial banks in China. Therefore, many domestic and small commercial banks have begun to study the direction and methods of the reform and begin to try different changes to promote the development.
This paper focuses on the reform of the undertakings system of the people's livelihood bank of China. On the basis of the study of the domestic and foreign business department system theory, through the analysis of the successful cases of the reform of the large commercial banks in foreign countries and the special circumstances of the Chinese financial industry, the reform of the people's livelihood of the people's livelihood in the Chinese people's livelihood is analyzed. There are different customer conditions, development problems and market environment, so the reform must conform to the actual situation and the remedy to the case, in order to achieve the final victory. This paper, starting from the general survey of Minsheng Bank, focuses on the achievements and contributions of the reform of the Minsheng Banking system. After that, the difficulties and storage of the reform of the system are analyzed. In the case of the problem, then the Optimization Countermeasures of some problems are analyzed, and the Enlightenment of the reform of the Minsheng Bank system is finally obtained. Appropriate innovation and risk control are the trend of China's banking reform in the next period. For small and medium sized joint-stock banks in China, under the premise of risk control, there are steps and plans for each situation. The optimization and promotion of the goal will be an effective way to improve the ability to resist risk, optimize the management structure and improve the strength of our own. Finally, I hope the future development of the Minsheng Bank is getting better and better. It also hopes that China's financial industry will be able to play the song of triumph and contribute to the development of China's economy.
