我国商业银行中间业务的创新研究

【摘要】:中间业务是指不构成商业银行表内资产、表内负债,,形成银行非利息收入的业务。随着金融全球化、金融自由化、金融信息化趋势的发展,金融市场的竞争日趋激烈,商业银行传统的收入来源——利息收益大大降低。商业银行中间业务以其风险小、成本低、收益高成为商业银行增加利润的重要途径,中间业务己成为现代商业银行的核心业务之一,我国商业银行中间业务创新的意义也因此尤其重要。 本文主要以金融创新理论和商业银行中间业务理论为基础,通过对国内外部分商业银行中间业务创新发展现状进行对比,找出制约我国商业银行中间业务创新的因素,建议我国商业银行进一步加快中间业务创新的发展趋势,提升我国商业银行的市场竞争力。 本文从结构上一共分为六个部分: 第一部分为绪论,介绍了本文的研究意义以及对国内外学者关于金融创新和商业银行中间业务的研究进行综合整理。 第二部分为金融创新与商业银行中间业务的一般概述。首先,对国内外学者关于“金融创新”的含义进行了介绍,并在此基础上加以归纳总结,同时阐述了金融创新的特点以及金融创新的一般理论;其次,阐述了中间业务的基本概念,并根据我国人民银行制定的《商业银行中间业务暂行规定》将中间业务分为七类,同时阐述了商业银行中间业务创新的必要性:第一,有利于提高商业银行的经济效益,满足银行发展需要;第二,有利于开辟新的业务领域,增加创新产品的种类;第三,有利于降低和分散银行的风险;第四,有利于提高商业银行的市场竞争力;最后,叙述了金融创新和中间业务创新的关系,指出二者相互联系、相互依托、相辅相成、缺一不可。 第三、四部分主要介绍了我国与西方发达国家商业银行中间业务发展现状和制约我国商业银行中间业务创新的因素。并在此基础上对二者进行了比较分析,发现我国商业银行中间业务发展与西方发达国家商业银行中间业务发展状况相比还存在着较大的差距,主要体现在业务范围狭小、发展缓慢且不平衡、服务观念存在差异等,这些也正是我国商业银行缺乏竞争力的表现。 第五部分主要介绍了境外商业银行中间业务创新的经验借鉴。 第六部分是在前面的分析基础上,提出我国商业银行中间业务创新的发展趋势,主要从中间业务产品创新发展趋势和产品发展方向以及中间业务管理创新三个方面进行分析。
[Abstract]:Intermediate business refers to the business which does not constitute the assets and liabilities in the balance sheet of the commercial bank and forms the non-interest income of the bank. With the development of financial globalization, financial liberalization and financial informatization, the competition in financial market is becoming more and more fierce, and the traditional income source of commercial banks-interest income is greatly reduced. The intermediate business of commercial bank has become one of the core business of modern commercial bank because of its low risk, low cost and high profit. Therefore, the significance of intermediate business innovation in Chinese commercial banks is especially important. Based on the theory of financial innovation and the theory of intermediate business of commercial banks, this paper compares the present situation of innovation of intermediate business in some commercial banks at home and abroad, and finds out the factors restricting the innovation of intermediate business of commercial banks in China. It is suggested that China's commercial banks should further speed up the development trend of intermediate business innovation and enhance the market competitiveness of Chinese commercial banks. This paper is divided into six parts from the structure: the first part is the introduction, which introduces the significance of the research and comprehensive arrangement of the domestic and foreign scholars on financial innovation and commercial bank intermediary business research. The second part is the general overview of financial innovation and commercial bank intermediary business. First of all, it introduces the meaning of "financial innovation" by domestic and foreign scholars, and then summarizes the characteristics of financial innovation and the general theory of financial innovation. This paper expounds the basic concept of intermediary business, and divides the intermediate business into seven categories according to the interim regulations of the people's Bank of China. At the same time, it expounds the necessity of the innovation of the intermediate business of the commercial bank: first, It is conducive to improving the economic benefits of commercial banks and meeting the development needs of banks; second, to opening up new business areas and increasing the variety of innovative products; third, to reducing and dispersing the risks of banks; and fourthly, to opening up new areas of business and increasing the variety of innovative products. Finally, the paper describes the relationship between financial innovation and intermediate business innovation, and points out that the two are interrelated, rely on each other, complement each other, and are indispensable. The third and fourth part mainly introduces the present situation of intermediate business development of commercial banks in China and western developed countries and the factors restricting the innovation of intermediate business in commercial banks in China. On the basis of the comparison and analysis, it is found that there is still a big gap between the development of intermediate business of commercial banks in our country and that of commercial banks in western developed countries, which is mainly reflected in the narrow scope of business. The development is slow and unbalanced, and the service concept is different, which is also the lack of competitiveness of commercial banks in China. The fifth part mainly introduces the experience of foreign commercial banks' intermediate business innovation. The sixth part is based on the previous analysis, puts forward the development trend of intermediate business innovation of commercial banks in China, mainly from three aspects: the development trend of intermediate business product innovation and the direction of product development, as well as the management innovation of intermediate business.
