【摘要】：正从银行卡行业近年发生的一系列问题来看,国内目前按行业分类定价的银行卡定价机制已经不可持续,行业分类导致的收单违规泛滥等问题也需要尽快解决,银行卡业务收益长期低位运行的局面也亟须改善。当前中国银行卡价格体系的主要问题表现在:行业价差难以维系。上一轮刷卡手续费调整已经大幅降低餐饮类、一般类等高费率行业的刷卡手续费水平:餐饮行业商户手续费降幅达到
