G证券营业部融资融券业务发展研究

【摘要】:本文以G证券营业部融资融券业务为调研中心,通过实地调研和问卷调查,揭示了G证券营业部融资融券业务发展现状,并从外部环境视角对G证券融资融券市场需求调查结果进行分析,从投资者的视角对G证券营业部交易客户调查结果进行分析。 得出公司融前业务方面,存在营业部对融资融券业务不够重视、业务推广策略单一、专业性人才不足等问题;在融中业务方面,存在客户服务不到位、融资和融券交易不平衡、风险控制措施不足、营销部门支持力度不够等问题;在融后业务方面,存在客户出现亏损居多、对客户的需求分析不深入,并且在客户退出时的应对措施不足等问题。 针对G证券营业部融资融券业务存在的问题,本文认为:营业部应通过发挥光谷广场商圈优势、加强与周边高校和金融机构合作和利用区域住宅小区优势资源来打造光谷地带核心营业部;通过互联网平台的构建、定期组织培训活动和促成“客户-公司-客户”交流网来建立公司客户俱乐部;通过提高经纪业务反哺能力和发展推广转融通业务等措施来加大营业部对融资融券业务重视程度;通过建立深入分析客户交易体系来实现差异化服务;通过融前、融中和融后开发服务相互促进举措来建立长效增益服务机制。
[Abstract]:This paper takes G securities business as the research center, through field investigation and questionnaire survey, reveals the current situation of G securities sales margin business development. From the perspective of external environment, the paper analyzes the market demand of G securities financing and margin lending, and analyzes the customer survey results of G securities trading department from the perspective of investors. In terms of pre-financing business, there are some problems such as insufficient attention to margin business, single business promotion strategy, lack of professional personnel and so on. In the aspect of financing and margin trading, customer service is not in place, and financing and margin trading are not balanced. The risk control measures are insufficient and the support of marketing department is not enough. In the aspect of post-financial business, there are many problems such as the loss of customers, the lack of in-depth analysis of customer needs, and the insufficiency of measures to deal with the withdrawal of customers. In view of the problems existing in the margin and short margin business of G securities sales department, this paper holds that the business department should give full play to the advantages of the business district of Guanggu Square. Strengthen the cooperation with the surrounding universities and financial institutions and make use of the advantages of the regional residential district resources to build the core business department of the optical valley; through the construction of Internet platform, Regular organization of training activities and promotion of "customer-company-customer" communication networks to establish corporate customer clubs; Through the measures of improving the ability of broking back feeding and developing and popularizing the financing and financing business, the business department pays more attention to the margin and margin business; through the establishment of in-depth analysis of the customer trading system to achieve differentiated services; through the financing before, In order to establish a long-term gain service mechanism, the mutual promotion of development services after neutralization and integration is achieved.
