东南融通事件的分析和启示

【摘要】：正对于资本市场的研究,除了大的证券公司及投行外,还有一股重要力量来自市场做空者,如浑水公司(Muddy Waters)、香橼研究(Citron Research)和布隆迪资本(Bronte Capital)等。尽管有业界人士质疑这些做空者是故意通过"有色眼镜"来过滤上市公司,并通过做空目标公司的股价来盈利,但也有学者对此表示欢迎,
[Abstract]:In addition to large securities firms and investment banks, there is also an important force for capital market research from short sellers, such as muddy Waters (Muddy Waters), Citron Research (Citron Research) and Burundi Capital (Bronte Capital). Although some people in the industry question that these short sellers deliberately filter listed companies through "colored glasses" and make profits by shorting the stock prices of target companies, some scholars welcome this.
