美国智库学者眼中的亚投行

【摘要】：自中国2013年10月提出成立亚洲基础设施投资银行的倡议后,美国智库专家对亚投行给予了高度关注。智库专家首先对美国政府关于亚投行的态度和政策进行了批评,并提出了相应的政策意见。其次,智库专家从国际社会现有金融机构、金融秩序存在的不足、缺陷等方面分析了亚投行创立的必要性和吸引力。再次,智库专家对急需基础建设资金的亚洲发展中国家、对当今世界主要大国和对国际秩序、格局构成的影响均进行了分析。最后,智库专家对亚投行发展过程中可能遇到的困难、挑战、风险等,以及如何建设好亚投行等问题进行了分析。
[Abstract]:Since China's October 2013 initiative to establish the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank, US think-tank experts have paid high attention to the bank. Think tank experts first criticized the US government's attitude and policy on the AIIB and put forward corresponding policy suggestions. Secondly, think-tank experts analyze the necessity and attraction of the establishment of the AIIB from the aspects of the existing financial institutions and financial order in the international community. Thirdly, the experts of the think-tank have analyzed the influence of the developing countries in Asia, the major powers in the world, the international order and the structure of the international order. Finally, experts from the think-tank analyzed the difficulties, challenges, risks, and how to build the AIIB.
