【摘要】:当前,我国支付结算体系,尤其是银行卡支付体系日臻完善,它已经成为与大众生活息息相关的重要组成部分。特别是近年来,我国收单市场取得快速发展。可是,简便易行的POS机业务的发展却并不迅速,甚至到2012年末,全国联网POS终端、联网商户相较全国中小企业市场,其规模仍微不足道。POS机业务,作为无现金交易,它是现代化消费最重要的工具之一,属于商业银行支付结算类中间业务的一部分,它能带来稳定存款、能提高经营业绩、能增强市场竞争力并在银行发展和稳定客户等方面发挥着巨大作用,成为各家金融机构中间业务收入增加的主要渠道。当然,民生银行收单业务的发展也存在着巨大的开拓空间。 本文以A支行为调研对象,在对A支行进行调研后,并对一些数据进行了整理。首先对该支行的POS机业务进行了深入的了解;然后,对该支行POS机业务的商业环境进行了认真仔细的分析,包括分析其业务需求和供给竞争;其次,详细剖析和阐述了该行POS机业务在营销状况、业务规模、收益状况及该支行在发展POS机业务的过程中存在的诸多问题;再次,在对以上章节进行总结的基础上,利用内外部分析矩阵对该支行POS机业务的内部优势和劣势、外部机会和机遇进行详细分析,提出了基于内外部分析的发展策略。最后,文章从改善POS机管理体制、风险防范、完善客户服务体系、开拓新的营销模式方面对该支行发展POS机业务给出了几点建议。
[Abstract]:At present, the payment and settlement system of our country, especially the payment system of bank card, is becoming more and more perfect, and it has become an important part closely related to the life of the public. Especially in recent years, China's order market has made rapid development. However, the simple and easy development of POS machine business is not rapid. Even by the end of 2012, the scale of the connected POS terminal in the whole country is still insignificant compared with that of the national small and medium-sized enterprises market. POS machine business, as a cashless transaction, It is one of the most important tools for modern consumption. It is part of the intermediate business of payment and settlement of commercial banks. It can bring stable deposits and improve business performance. It can enhance the market competitiveness and play a great role in bank development and customer stability, and become the main channel for the increase of intermediate business income of financial institutions. Of course, the development of Minsheng Bank order business also has a huge space for development. In this paper, A Branch as the research object, after the investigation of the A Branch, and some data are sorted out. First of all, we have a deep understanding of the POS machine business of this branch. Secondly, we have made a careful analysis of the business environment of the branch's POS machine business, including the analysis of its business demand and supply competition; secondly, we have made a careful analysis of the business environment of the branch's POS machine business. Detailed analysis and elaboration of the bank's POS machine business in the marketing situation, business scale, income status and the branch in the development of POS machine business in the process of many problems; thirdly, on the basis of the above chapters summarized, Using the internal and external analysis matrix, this paper analyzes the internal advantages and disadvantages, external opportunities and opportunities of the POS machine business of the branch in detail, and puts forward the development strategy based on the internal and external analysis. Finally, the paper gives some suggestions on how to improve the POS machine management system, prevent the risks, perfect the customer service system and develop the new marketing mode for the branch to develop the POS machine business.
