S银行B分行财务绩效管理研究

【摘要】:财务绩效管理在S银行B分行的经营管理活动中占有重要地位,随着我国金融体制改革的不断深入和市场经济的逐步发展和完善,财务绩效管理已经成为S银行B分行未来发展的核心问题。只有通过科学合理的运用财务绩效管理手段,对自身形势做出客观的审视,要高度重视财务绩效管理工作的具体实施,对财务绩效管理工作的薄弱环节进行不断改进,,经过长期的努力和不断探索,创新出一系列符合S银行B分行现实实际需要的财务绩效管理制度,从实质上促进财务绩效管理水平晋升到更高的层次。进而提高S银行B分行的经济效益,增强S银行B分行的竞争能力,实现S银行B分行向国际化银行的顺利转轨,蜕变成真正意义的现代银行。本文对S银行B分行财务绩效管理方面现状和存在的问题进行了分析,主要是S银行B分行的财务绩效评价指标、财务绩效评方法、有效提升财务绩效管理等方面的现状进行了分析,并提出了一些完善的财务绩效管理创新对策。 本文研究方法主要有:逻辑分析法,本文以S银行B分行为研究案例,全文对S银行B分行财务绩效管理体系过程的论述,是按照提出问题、分析问题、解决问题的逻辑顺序开展的;理论分析法,在对具体问题分析总结时,本文在借鉴已有的理论研究成果,并对类似案例资料进行剖析的基础上,详尽阐述了S银行B分行财务绩效管理体系实践现实优缺点,并在分析的过程中进行推导并延伸出新的解决对策;实证研究法,本文在对问题分析总结时,以S银行B分行为案例,使之成为指导S银行B分行财务绩效管理体系建设的新理论。本论文把S银行B分行为真实研究案例,全面分析案例资料财务绩效管理体系存在的问题,并对案例资料提出针对性解决对策,从一个崭新的角度来研究商业银行财务管理体系,具有一定程度研究视角的创新性。
[Abstract]:Financial performance management plays an important role in the operation and management of S Bank B Branch. With the deepening of financial system reform and the gradual development and improvement of market economy, Financial performance management has become a core issue in the future development of S Bank B Branch. Only through the scientific and reasonable use of financial performance management means to make an objective review of their own situation, we should attach great importance to the specific implementation of financial performance management, financial performance management of the weak links for continuous improvement, Through long-term efforts and continuous exploration, a series of financial performance management systems which meet the actual needs of S Bank B Branch have been innovated to promote the level of financial performance management to a higher level in essence. Then it can improve the economic benefit of S Bank B Branch, enhance the competitive ability of S Bank B Branch, realize the smooth transition from S Bank B Branch to international bank, and transform into a modern bank of real significance. This paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems in financial performance management of S Bank B Branch, mainly the financial performance evaluation index and financial performance evaluation method of S Bank B Branch. This paper analyzes the current situation of effectively improving financial performance management and puts forward some perfect innovative countermeasures of financial performance management. The main research methods of this paper are as follows: logic analysis. This paper takes S Bank B Branch as a case study, discusses the process of financial performance management system of S Bank B Branch in full, and analyzes the problems according to the questions raised. The logical sequence of solving the problem; Theoretical analysis, in the analysis and summary of specific problems, this paper draws lessons from the existing theoretical research results, and on the basis of the analysis of similar cases, expounds in detail the practical advantages and disadvantages of the financial performance management system of S Bank B Branch. And in the process of analysis of the derivation and extension of new solutions; The empirical research method, this article analyzes and summarizes the question, takes the S bank B branch as the case, makes it become the new theory which guides the S bank B branch financial performance management system construction. In this paper, S Bank B Branch is regarded as a real case study, and the problems in the financial performance management system of case information are comprehensively analyzed, and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward. It is innovative to study the financial management system of commercial banks from a new angle of view.
