我国城市商业银行个人理财业务发展研究

【摘要】:随着我国利率市场化改革的深入推进,银行业金融机构的竞争日趋激烈,各家银行(尤其是中小型商业银行)大力推动业务转型。与此同时,国家经济的高速发展带动居民收入水平不断提高,许多人将积累的闲置资金投入银行,期望资金的保值、增值。在这样的背景下,我国商业银行越来越重视发展个人理财业务,,把其作为提高中间业务收入和推进综合化经营战略的重要载体。作为我国金融市场上的新生力量,城市商业银行为形成自身的核心竞争力、扩大利润来源和转变经营方式,自然也将个人理财业务放到重要的位置。因此,根据我国城商行个人理财业务发展的实际情况,研究得出其未来的发展趋势、找出发展中存在的主要问题并有针对性地提出相应对策建议,具有重要的理论和现实意义。 本文首先系统回顾和总结了国内外学者对商业银行个人理财业务的研究。其次,详细阐释商业银行开展个人理财业务的理论基础,包括生命周期理论、投资组合理论、资本资产定价理论、金融创新理论和市场营销理论。再次,对我国城市商业银行个人理财业务发展的历程和现状做出了阐释,并着重分析了其在利率市场化改革、银监会发布监管新规和互联网理财产品兴起背景下的发展趋势。然后,选取北京银行、南京银行、青岛银行、齐鲁银行这四家典型的城商行,系统分析了他们个人理财业务的发展情况,并总结出我国城商行个人理财业务的发展模式。最后,结合我国城商行个人理财业务发展中存在的业务开展模式以产品为中心、业务营销模式粗放、产品创新研发投入不足、风险管理存在隐患、缺乏高水平专业人才支撑等实际问题等有针对性地提出相关建议,以此促进业务的持续、深入、健康发展。
[Abstract]:With the deepening reform of interest rate marketization in China, the competition of banking financial institutions is becoming more and more fierce, and banks (especially small and medium-sized commercial banks) vigorously promote the business transformation. At the same time, with the rapid development of the national economy, the income level of the residents is constantly rising. Many people put the accumulated idle funds into the banks, expecting the preservation and appreciation of the funds. Under this background, Chinese commercial banks pay more and more attention to the development of personal finance business as an important carrier to improve the income of intermediate business and promote the integrated management strategy. As a new force in China's financial market, urban commercial banks naturally put personal finance business in an important position in order to form their own core competitiveness, expand profit sources and change their management mode. Therefore, according to the actual situation of the development of personal finance business of city commercial bank in our country, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study its future development trend, to find out the main problems existing in the development and to put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. First of all, this paper systematically reviews and summarizes the domestic and foreign scholars' research on personal finance business of commercial banks. Secondly, it explains in detail the theoretical basis of personal finance business in commercial banks, including life cycle theory, portfolio theory, capital asset pricing theory, financial innovation theory and marketing theory. Thirdly, it explains the development course and current situation of personal finance business of city commercial banks in China, and analyzes its development trend under the background of interest rate marketization reform, new regulation issued by CBRC and the rise of Internet financial products. Then, four typical city banks, Beijing Bank, Nanjing Bank, Qingdao Bank and Qilu Bank, are selected to systematically analyze the development of their personal finance business, and summarize the development model of personal finance business of China City Commercial Bank. Finally, combining with the existing business development mode in the personal finance business of city commercial bank of our country, the product is the center, the business marketing mode is extensive, the product innovation and R & D investment is insufficient, and the risk management has hidden trouble. In order to promote the continuous, deep and healthy development of the business, the author puts forward some relevant suggestions, such as lack of high level professional support and other practical problems.
