【摘要】：正一、本文对金融开放的界定本文将金融开放界定为:一个国家(或地区)的金融体系与国际金融体系融合的过程,其反映的是其金融机构、金融市场、金融监管规则、货币的国际化程度。从内容上看,包括作为服务贸易开放内容的金融服务业的对外开放、资本账户开放以及货币的国际使用。
[Abstract]:First, this paper defines financial openness as the process of merging the financial system of a country (or region) with the international financial system, which reflects its financial institutions, financial markets, and financial regulatory rules. The degree to which currencies are internationalized. In terms of content, it includes the opening up of financial service industry, the opening of capital account and the international use of currency.
