后“牌照”时代的银行卡收单机构发展策略研究

【摘要】:在对选题背景、研究意义及研究技术路线和方法分析基础之上,介绍了收单市场的理论与实践,结合第三方支付公司的具体情况,对行业的外部环境和内部资源状况进行详细分析,运用系统化的管理理论,讨论出收单企业的未来的发展方向。以构建银行卡收单机构的核心竞争力和竞争优势,实现在收单行业中持续、健康、稳步发展,用以指导第三方支付企业从战略的层次考虑企业的长远发展。收单支付公司从起初的混乱无序发展缓慢到现在的飞速成长,从与各大商业银行在收单市场上进行激烈竞争到寻求合作实现共赢,体现了收单机构的在不同的时期选取不同的经营策略,选择不同的竞争策略有着极其重要的意义。当前正处于人民银行对收单行业整顿时期,收单机构在发展中出现了很多问题。央行也针对这些问题出台相应政策,,达到规范行业的目的为收单行业的进入良性发展提供支持。收单机构应在这次整顿中发现存在的问题并及时改正,调整企业的发展策略,应该由以价格战、降低商户准入标准的竞争策略调整为向商户提供更加专业化的服务以及提供更多更全面的相关金融服务的策略。收单公司不断的寻求改善自身企业短板的方式,形成更专业化,多样化服务,同时与其他各大商业银行其他支付形式的竞争关系更是微妙复杂。本文以S支付公司为例对公司销售系统、风控体系以及运营管理提出相关建议,论文从实际出发,理论为辅助,重点在于市场信息分析,整个行业出现的问题,以及收单机构的未来发展方向。坚持一切从实际出发,以数据为基础,运用专业分析方法,得出相应的结论。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the background of the topic, the significance of the research and the technical route and method of the research, the paper introduces the theory and practice of the receiving market, combined with the specific situation of the third-party payment company. The external environment and internal resources of the industry are analyzed in detail, and the future development direction of the receiving enterprises is discussed by using the systematic management theory. In order to construct the core competitiveness and competitive advantage of the bank card receiving organization, realize the sustained, healthy and steady development in the order receiving industry, and guide the third party payment enterprise to consider the long-term development of the enterprise from the strategic level. From the initial chaotic and disorderly development to the rapid growth, from fierce competition with the major commercial banks in the receiving market to seeking cooperation to achieve win-win, It is of great significance to select different management strategies and different competitive strategies in different periods of time. At present, the people's Bank of China is rectifying the order-receiving industry, and many problems have arisen in the development of the order-receiving institution. The central bank also issued policies in response to these problems to achieve the purpose of standardizing the industry to support the healthy development of the receiving industry. In this rectification, the receiving agencies should find the existing problems, correct them in time, and adjust the development strategy of the enterprises. The price war should be adopted. The competitive strategy of lowering the entry standards of merchants is adjusted to provide more specialized services and more comprehensive related financial services to businesses. Receiving companies constantly seek to improve their own business short board way to form more specialized, diversified services, and other major commercial banks with other forms of payment competition is more subtle and complex. This article takes S payment company as an example to put forward the related suggestion to the company sales system, the wind control system and the operation management, the thesis proceeds from the reality, the theory is the auxiliary, the emphasis lies in the market information analysis, the entire industry appears the question, As well as the future development direction of the receiving agency.
