六西格玛管理方法在商业银行流程再造中的应用研究

【摘要】:过去的10年间,我国商业银行的外部经营环境发生了根本性的转变。商业银行由过去的以产品为中心逐步转向以客户为中心,功能由过去的单一性逐步转向全面性。同时,商业银行原有的管理架构和业务流程越来越不适应以客户为中心的全方位金融服务理念,严重制约了商业银行的服务效率和持续的利润增长要求,迫使银行由传统的部门银行向流程银行转变。转变的过程中,必然会碰到改什么、从哪里改、如何改的问题。六西格玛方法为商业银行的流程再造提供了一个成熟的系统改进理论平台,以及一系列可以直接使用的工具,可以提高商业银行流程再造的效率,减少不必要的人力、物力和财力的浪费,而且可以起到良好的效果,并保持持续改进的动力。 本文将六西格玛管理方法和商业银行流程再造相结合,从商业银行内部客户流程和外部客户流程两个维度出发,以实际成功案例为基础,阐述了六西格玛管理方法在商业银行管理实践中的具体应用流程,旨在为六西格玛在商业银行的应用提供参考。 首先,是对六西格玛管理方法进行了详细介绍。本文描述了六西格玛管理方法的起源、发展和应用现状,并对六西格玛管理方法的含义进行了界定,对其组织结构、实施流程、实施基础进行了阐述。 其次,是对商业银行流程再造理论进行了简要介绍。文中对流程银行和部门银行进行了界定,对商业银行流程再造的起因、历史,以及在国内外商业银行的实践进行了简要回顾。同时,还对商业银行流程再造的作用与意义进行了重点说明。 最后,作为一篇应用型论文,本文着重从案例分析的角度,详尽、细致的对六西格玛管理方法在商业银行的应用进行了剖析,以期它能为商业银行一般管理人员提供一定的参考。
[Abstract]:In the past 10 years, the external business environment of Chinese commercial banks has undergone a fundamental change. Commercial banks have gradually changed from product-centered to customer-centered, and function from oneness to comprehensiveness. At the same time, the original management framework and business process of commercial banks are becoming more and more inadaptable to the concept of comprehensive financial services centered on customers, which seriously restricts the service efficiency and the continuous profit growth requirements of commercial banks. Forcing banks to shift from traditional sector banks to process banking. In the process of transformation, we will inevitably encounter the problem of what to change, where to change and how to change. Six Sigma method provides a mature system improvement theory platform for commercial bank process reengineering, and a series of tools that can be used directly, which can improve the efficiency of commercial bank process reengineering and reduce unnecessary manpower. Material and financial waste, and can have good results, and maintain the momentum for continuous improvement. This paper combines six Sigma management method with commercial bank process reengineering, starting from the two dimensions of internal customer process and external customer process of commercial bank, based on the actual successful cases. This paper expounds the concrete application flow of six Sigma management method in commercial bank management practice, in order to provide reference for the application of six sigma in commercial bank. First of all, the six Sigma management method is introduced in detail. This paper describes the origin, development and application of the six Sigma management method, defines the meaning of the six sigma management method, and expounds its organizational structure, implementation process and implementation basis. Secondly, it briefly introduces the theory of business process reengineering. This paper defines the process bank and the department bank, and briefly reviews the cause, history and practice of commercial bank process reengineering at home and abroad. At the same time, the role and significance of commercial bank process reengineering are emphasized. Finally, as an application-oriented paper, this paper analyzes the application of six Sigma management methods in commercial banks in detail from the perspective of case analysis. With a view to providing a certain reference for the general managers of commercial banks.
