宁夏银行金融产品创新研究

【摘要】:在全球化日益发展的今天,银行之间的竞争已经逐步由单一的存放款业务竞争向人才竞争转变。不断向市场推出具有竞争力的金融产品已经成为现代银行取得长远竞争优势的重要手段之一。城市商业银行要在未来的激烈竞争中占有一席之地,就必须加快与提高金融产品的创新与服务,尽快建立多样化的现代金融产品,用战略的、发展的眼光,做好金融产品的创新,积极推广银行的金融产品,才能充分发挥商业银行潜在的竞争优势,更好地适应未来金融产品的战略和组织变革,这对城市商业银行的金融产品创新能力提出了新的更高的需求。 宁夏银行面对当前全球经济金融形势的复杂多变、银行间竞争的逐步升级以及地方商业银行的市场争抢,作为微观主体的宁夏银行,如何在城市商业银行跨区域经营的大潮中做好适应市场需求的金融产品的创新及其服务管理仍是一个亟待研究的问题,而只有建立起科学灵活的金融产品创新体制,宁夏银行才有能力依托跨区域经营,实现各项新金融产品业务的全面发展、资金利用能力的显著提升以及资产规模的不断扩张,从而为成功上市奠定基础。 本文首先通过研究宁夏银行金融产品开发及服务创新对宁夏银行整体业务发展的影响,进一步揭示影响宁夏银行金融产品开发及服务创新的影响因素,为分析宁夏银行金融产品开发及服务创新过程中出现的问题提供理依据。在研究了影响宁夏银行金融产品开发及服务创新中的影响因素后,从理论的角度分析了宁夏银行在金融产品开发及服务创新中存在的问题,并提出了相应的解决对策,对于消除制约宁夏银行金融业务发展的因素,提高宁夏银行金融产品开发及服务模式创新的水平,寻求宁夏银行与客户之间良性合作的互惠共赢的道路,促进宁夏银行快速发展,促进我国国民经济健康可持续发展具有积极的理论价值和意义。
[Abstract]:With the development of globalization, the competition among banks has gradually changed from a single deposit business competition to a talent competition. Continuous introduction of competitive financial products to the market has become one of the important means for modern banks to obtain long-term competitive advantage. In order to have a place in the fierce competition in the future, city commercial banks must speed up and improve the innovation and service of financial products, establish diversified modern financial products as soon as possible, and use a strategic and developmental vision. Only by doing well the innovation of financial products and actively promoting the financial products of banks can commercial banks give full play to their potential competitive advantages and better adapt themselves to the strategic and organizational changes of future financial products. This puts forward a new and higher demand for the innovation ability of the financial products of the city commercial banks. In the face of the complex and changeable global economic and financial situation, the gradual upgrading of competition among banks and the market competition of local commercial banks, Ningxia Bank, as the microcosmic main body, is the Ningxia Bank. How to do well the innovation and service management of financial products to meet the market demand in the tide of cross-regional operation of city commercial banks is still an urgent problem to be studied, but only a scientific and flexible financial product innovation system can be established. Ningxia Bank has the ability to rely on cross-regional management to achieve the overall development of new financial products business, the significant improvement of the ability of capital utilization and the continuous expansion of assets, thus laying the foundation for successful listing. Firstly, this paper studies the influence of Ningxia Bank's financial product development and service innovation on the whole business development of Ningxia Bank, and further reveals the influencing factors of Ningxia Bank's financial product development and service innovation. It provides the basis for analyzing the problems in the process of financial product development and service innovation of Ningxia Bank. After studying the influencing factors in the financial product development and service innovation of Ningxia Bank, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the financial product development and service innovation of Ningxia Bank from the theoretical point of view, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures. To eliminate the factors restricting the development of financial business of Ningxia Bank, to improve the level of financial product development and service model innovation of Ningxia Bank, and to seek the way of mutual benefit and win-win cooperation between Ningxia Bank and its customers. It has positive theoretical value and significance to promote the rapid development of Ningxia Bank and the healthy and sustainable development of our national economy.
