中行黑龙江省分行发展战略

【摘要】:近年来国际经济形势发生了复杂的变化,受国际经济环境的影响我国也在不断的调整经济政策以保持中国经济持续健康的发展。金融脱媒、利率市场化等新兴金融政策相应而生,对商业银行的发展方向和利润增长方式提出了新的要求。为适应当前的经营环境提高在金融行业的竞争力,如何制定正确有效的发展战略并且在战略实施的过程中进行科学的评价和调整是未来商业银行发展的关键。本文主要从中行黑龙江省分行的总体概况和经营环境概况两方面对中行黑龙江省分行的基本情况进行了介绍。结合中行黑龙江省分行的发展战略目标,运用波特五力分析模型和SWOT分析矩阵对目前的战略实施策略进行分析和评价。找出发展战略实施过程中存在的问题,并对现有的发展战略进行调整同时提出相关的战略保障措施。本论文采用案例的形式以中行黑龙江省分行发展战略为研究对象共分为两部分。第一部分案例对中行黑龙江省分行总体概况进行了介绍,主要包括中行黑龙江省分行概况、中行黑龙江省分行组织架构、中行黑龙江省分行基本业务状况三方面。从宏观和微观经营环境两个角度对中行黑龙江省分行经营环境概况进行说明,进一步介绍了中行黑龙江省分行所处的经济环境概况、中行黑龙江省分行外部产业结构环境概况、中行黑龙江省分行政策环境概况、中行黑龙江省分行目标市场概况、中行黑龙江省分行竞争对手概况和中行黑龙江省分行竞争实力概况。给出了中行黑龙江省分行的总体发展战略目标和职能发展战略目标。实施的战略具体包括扩大客户规模战略、优化客户结构战略、拓展客户基础战略、创新体制改革战略。对战略实施状况进行说明,从而提出战略实施过程中面临的问题。在案例分析中运用波特五力分析模型和SWOT分析矩阵对中行黑龙江省分行经营环境进行分析与评价,对中行黑龙江省分行的经营状况进行深入分析,对中行黑龙江省分行发展战略进行分析并调整。在此基础上在人才储备措施、植入智慧化银行理念措施、建立完善的内控合规制度措施和引进科技战略伙伴措施的保障下确保中行黑龙江省分行发展战略目标得以实现。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the international economic situation has undergone complex changes. Influenced by the international economic environment, China is constantly adjusting its economic policies in order to maintain the sustained and healthy development of China's economy. New financial policies, such as financial disintermediation, interest rate marketization and so on, have put forward new requirements for the development direction and profit growth mode of commercial banks. In order to adapt to the current operating environment to improve the competitiveness of the financial industry, how to formulate a correct and effective development strategy and carry out scientific evaluation and adjustment in the process of the implementation of the strategy is the key to the future development of commercial banks. This paper introduces the basic situation of Bank of China Heilongjiang Branch from two aspects: the general situation of Bank of China Heilongjiang Branch and the general operating environment. Combined with the development strategy goal of Bank of China Heilongjiang Branch, this paper analyzes and evaluates the current strategy implementation strategy by using Porter's five-force analysis model and SWOT analysis matrix. This paper finds out the problems existing in the process of implementing the development strategy, and adjusts the existing development strategy and puts forward the relevant strategic guarantee measures. This thesis is divided into two parts in the form of case study on the development strategy of Bank of China Heilongjiang Branch. The first part introduces the general situation of Bank of China Heilongjiang Province Branch, including the general situation of Bank of China Heilongjiang Province Branch, the organizational structure of Bank of China Heilongjiang Province Branch, and the basic business situation of Bank of China Heilongjiang Province Branch. In this paper, the general situation of the operating environment of Bank of China Heilongjiang Province Branch is explained from the macro and micro aspects, and the economic environment of Bank of China Heilongjiang Province Branch and the external industrial structure environment of Bank of China Heilongjiang Province Branch are further introduced. The general situation of the policy environment of Bank of China Heilongjiang Province Branch, the target market of Bank of China Heilongjiang Province Branch, the general situation of the competitors of Bank of China Heilongjiang Province Branch and the general situation of the competitive strength of Bank of China Heilongjiang Province Branch. The overall development strategy and function development strategy of Bank of China Heilongjiang Branch are given. The implementation strategy includes expanding customer scale strategy, optimizing customer structure strategy, expanding customer base strategy and innovating system reform strategy. Explain the status of strategy implementation, and then put forward the problems in the process of strategy implementation. In the case analysis, the author analyzes and evaluates the operating environment of Bank of China's Heilongjiang Branch by using Porter's five-force analysis model and SWOT's analysis matrix, and makes a deep analysis of the operation situation of Bank of China's Heilongjiang Branch. The development strategy of Bank of China Heilongjiang Branch is analyzed and adjusted. On this basis, under the guarantee of talent reserve measures, intelligent bank concept and measures, the establishment of perfect internal control compliance system measures and the introduction of scientific and technological strategic partnership measures to ensure that the Bank of China Heilongjiang Branch development strategic objectives can be achieved.
