我国出版传媒类上市公司投资战略研究

【摘要】:在新的国家政策环境和人们消费习惯与消费内容改变的背景下,出版传媒类企业赢利模式发生着改变。文章通过对我国出版传媒行业8家上市公司的投资战略分析,发现各公司在传统业务领域内进行了投资但不均衡,在新媒介和新业务模式的投资上存在着差异化。对公司经营结果分析表明,出版传媒类公司对传统主业的投资能够有效增加企业的销售收入,有较好的总资产收益率。而在加强传统业务投资的同时,积极提升新媒介投资和新业务模式的投资,不但能够使公司有快速的主业增长,亦能使资产创造最多的价值。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the new national policy environment and the change of people's consumption habits and consumption content, the profit pattern of publishing media enterprises is changing. Based on the analysis of the investment strategy of 8 listed companies in the publishing media industry in China, this paper finds that the investment of each company in the traditional business field is uneven, and the investment in the new media and new business model is different. The analysis of the company's operating results shows that the investment of the publishing media company in the traditional main business can effectively increase the sales income of the enterprise and have a good total return on assets. While strengthening the traditional business investment, actively promoting the new medium investment and the new business model investment, not only can make the company have the fast growth of the main business, but also can make the assets create the most value.
