我国银行卡跨行交易收益分配机制面临改革

【摘要】：银行卡跨行交易收益分配机制是影响银行卡市场发展的核心问题,直接影响到整个银行卡市场不同利益主体的利益平衡。随着银行卡市场的快速发展,现行的银行卡跨行交易收益分配方式面临改革,重点要对信用卡、借记卡定价进行区分,同时放弃对商户类别按利润定价的方式,改为按照银行卡机构为商户提供支付服务的成本进行定价。
[Abstract]:The distribution mechanism of inter-bank transaction income of bank card is the core problem that affects the development of bank card market and directly affects the benefit balance of different stakeholders in the whole bank card market. With the rapid development of the bank card market, the current bank card cross-bank transaction income distribution is facing reform. It is important to distinguish the pricing of credit card and debit card, and at the same time to give up the way of pricing merchants by profit. Instead, according to the bank card institutions to provide payment services for merchants to carry out the cost of pricing.
