中国城乡金融发展非均衡化的测度及发展趋势——基于国家层面城乡金融发展的视角

【摘要】：虽然对于城乡金融发展非均衡化问题学者们已经进行了相关研究,但到目前为止,还没有学者对城乡金融发展非均衡化的状况进行全面系统的测度。基于国家层面城乡金融发展的视角,本文从城乡金融存贷款、城乡金融资产总量、城乡经济金融化水平、城乡金融中介及城乡金融市场发展等四个维度对改革开放以来我国城乡金融发展非均衡化的状况进行综合测度,并运用ARMA模型对未来一段时间内我国城乡金融发展非均衡化的发展趋势作预测。研究认为,我国城乡金融发展非均衡化不仅仅是个现实问题,还是个历史问题,城乡金融发展非均衡化在未来一段时期内会有进一步扩大的趋势。在此基础上,本文就破解城乡金融发展非均衡化问题提出了相应的对策建议。
[Abstract]:Although scholars have carried out relevant research on the disequilibrium of urban and rural financial development, so far, no scholars have carried out a comprehensive and systematic measure of the disequilibrium of urban and rural financial development. Based on the perspective of urban and rural financial development at the national level, this article from the urban and rural financial savings and loans, the total amount of urban and rural financial assets, urban and rural economic financialization level, Four dimensions, urban and rural financial intermediary and urban and rural financial market development, comprehensively measure the imbalance of urban and rural financial development in China since the reform and opening up. The ARMA model is used to predict the disequilibrium development trend of urban and rural financial development in China for a period of time. It is considered that the disequilibrium of urban and rural financial development in China is not only a realistic problem but also a historical one. The disequilibrium of urban and rural financial development will have a trend of further expansion in the coming period. On this basis, this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to solve the imbalance of urban and rural financial development.
