交通银行私人银行业务发展策略研究

【摘要】:私人银行业务是商业银行向高净值的个人客户提供的一系列金融服务,服务的水平和等级要高于一般的银行零售客户业务。私人银行业务务是一项与金融产品和金融技术紧密结合的服务,是体现商业银行核心竞争力的金融业务。在国外,银行私人银行业务历史悠久,是银行重要的利润来源。在国内,财富管理业务已逐步形成体系,随着居民财富不断积聚,私人银行客户市场蕴藏着巨大的潜力,发展私人银行业务作为银行利润增长点,已经越来越成为中资和外资银行竞争的焦点。本文首先通过对银行私人银行发展的起源及发展脉络进行分析,理论阐述了银行私人银行业务对于银行发展的意义和价值;然后,文章从发展模式、目标客户、组织架构和服务内容等方面详细分析了国外私人银行发展情况,为国内私人银行业务的发展提供借鉴;接下来,文章从我国私人银行现状出发,对国内私人银行业务市场的目标客户、市场潜力、客户类型和服务需求等进行了详细的分析,为交通银行针对客户需求开展私人银行提供了市场依据。在此基础上,本文进一步分析了交通银行私人银行发展的现状,并从全方位、多角度地分析了交行发展私人银行业面临的外部问题及内部问题,包括:政策制度限制、法律环境缺陷、行业发展瓶颈、理财产品形式单一、服务内容同质化、市场定位不明确、品牌认知度不高、缺乏专业化人才。针对面临的外部及内部问题,文章详细分析了问题的成因。最后,针对交行发展私人银行业务面临的外部问题,本文提出了打破政策限制、完善法律体系、加快市场化进程等策略,针对内部问题,本文提出了通过产品策略、服务策略、营销策略、人才策略、风险管理策略等解决问题。
[Abstract]:Private banking is a series of financial services provided by commercial banks to high-value personal clients, and the level and level of services is higher than that of ordinary bank retail clients. Private banking is a closely integrated service with financial products and financial technology, which is a financial business that embodies the core competitiveness of commercial banks. In foreign countries, the bank private banking has a long history and is an important source of profit of the bank. In the country, the business of wealth management has gradually formed a system. With the accumulation of the wealth of the residents, the market of the private bank accounts for a great potential, and the development of private banking as the growth point of the bank's profit has become the focus of the competition between the Chinese-funded and foreign-funded banks. This paper first analyses the origin and development of the development of the private bank of the bank, and expounds the significance and value of the bank's private banking on the development of the bank, and then, from the development model and the target customer, The development of private bank in foreign countries is analyzed in detail in terms of organizational structure and service content, which can be used for reference for the development of domestic private banking. The customer type and service demand are analyzed in detail to provide the market basis for the Bank of Communications to carry out the private bank for the customer's needs. On the basis of this, this paper further analyses the present situation of the development of the private banking of the Bank of Communications, and analyses the external problems and internal problems facing the private banking industry from all aspects, including the limitation of the policy system, the defects of the legal environment and the bottleneck of the development of the industry. The form of the wealth management product is single, the service content is homogenized, the market position is not clear, the brand awareness is not high, and the professional talents are lacking. In the light of the external and internal problems, the paper analyzes the cause of the problem in detail. Finally, in the light of the external problems facing the development of private banking, this paper puts forward the strategy of breaking the policy limit, improving the legal system, and speeding up the market-oriented process. In the light of the internal problem, this paper puts forward the strategy of product, service strategy, marketing strategy and talent strategy. The risk management strategy and the like solve the problem.
