中国银行海外发展战略分析

【摘要】:改革开放以来,中国银行业飞速发展。同时随着经济全球化与金融一体化进程的推进,在中国综合实力不断增长的背景下,我国商业银行纷纷开始发展海外业务、开拓海外市场,银行业海外发展已经成为各商业银行发展的重要战略之一。自2001年中国加入WTO以来,中国市场的开放程度不断加大,距离市场的全面放开越来越近。本文就是在这样一个大的背景下针对中国银行在海外发展现状进行深入的分析,并以本人亲身工作经历为体会,结合相关的文献收集和整理,着重对中国银行在海外发展过程中的竞争力进行分析,旨在寻求和探索中国银行海外发展的重要战略对策,为中国银行持续发展海外业务,并成为国际大型跨国银行集团给出一定的参考意见和建议。 首先,作者结合目前国内外的研究现状,阐述了本论文的研究背景、研究意义、研究方法,确定了文本研究课题的重要性,并对本文的主要内容及框架进行了简要的说明;其次,作者通过对大量文献的收集和整理,对企业发展战略及银行业海外发展的相关理论进行简要概述,为下一步分析中国银行海外发展战略提供了一定的理论依据;第三部分是对中国银行海外发展现状进行分析,并总结了目前中国银行在发展海外业务过程中还存在着海外机构分布不合理、经营理念及创新能力落后于大型国际银行、人员素质有待提高等一系列问题;第四部分及第五部分是通过外部环境及内部环境分析,得出了中国银行发展海外业务所面临的机遇和挑战以及存在的优势和劣势,并通过SWOT组合分析为下一步中国银行海外发展战略定位及战略选择奠定基础;第六部分是结合SWOT分析得出的战略进行具体阐述,并从客户、业务、机构、雇员等方面国际化发展出发,确定未来战略目标应是整合资源配置,扩大全球网络布局,构建一体化服务体系,优化产品种及创新,提升核心竞争力,努力把中国银行建设成为国际一流的大型跨国银行;最后文章根据前面的分析和总结,提出了中国银行要想持续发展海外业务并跻身于国际大型跨国银行序列,必须从完善全球布局管理、将发展模式由自建向并购转型、有针对性的设立海外机构、加强子行的成立和扩张、大力发展海外新型业务、持续加强产品创新、加强企业文化管理及人才培养力度等方面入手,提升核心竞争力。本论文的写作,对中国银行海外业务的发展及提升中国银行国际化竞争水平具有一定的参考意义。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up to the outside world, China's banking industry has developed rapidly. At the same time, with the advancement of economic globalization and financial integration, under the background of the continuous growth of China's overall strength, Chinese commercial banks have begun to develop overseas business and open up overseas markets. The overseas development of banking industry has become one of the important strategies for the development of commercial banks. Since China joined the WTO in 2001, the opening degree of Chinese market has been increasing, and it is closer and nearer to the full-scale opening of the market. Under such a big background, this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the current situation of the development of the Bank of China overseas, and takes my personal working experience as my experience, combining with the relevant literature collection and collation. This paper focuses on the analysis of the competitiveness of the Bank of China in the process of overseas development in order to seek and explore the important strategic countermeasures for the overseas development of the Bank of China, in order to develop the overseas business for the Bank of China. And become the international large multinational banking group to give a certain reference and suggestions. Firstly, combining with the current research situation at home and abroad, the author expounds the research background, research significance, research methods, determines the importance of the text research topic, and briefly explains the main content and framework of this paper. Secondly, through the collection and arrangement of a large number of documents, the author gives a brief overview of the enterprise development strategy and the relevant theories of the overseas development of the banking industry, which provides a certain theoretical basis for the further analysis of the overseas development strategy of the Bank of China. The third part analyzes the current situation of the overseas development of the Bank of China, and summarizes that in the process of developing its overseas business, the Bank of China still has unreasonable distribution of overseas institutions and lags behind the large international banks in its business philosophy and innovative ability. A series of problems need to be improved, such as the quality of personnel; In the fourth and fifth part, through the analysis of the external environment and the internal environment, the opportunities and challenges, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of the development of the overseas business of the Bank of China, are obtained. And through the SWOT combination analysis for the next step of the Bank of China overseas development strategic positioning and strategic choice lay the foundation; The sixth part is to combine the SWOT analysis to carry on the concrete elaboration, and from the customer, the business, the organization, the employee and so on internationalization development, determines the future strategic goal should be to integrate the resources allocation, expands the global network layout, Build an integrated service system, optimize the variety of production and innovation, enhance the core competitiveness, strive to build the Bank of China into a first-class international large multinational bank; Finally, according to the previous analysis and summary, the paper puts forward that if the Bank of China wants to develop overseas business continuously and join the sequence of international large transnational banks, it must improve the global layout management and transform the development model from self-built to M & A. Set up overseas institutions, strengthen the establishment and expansion of sub-banks, vigorously develop new overseas business, continuously strengthen product innovation, strengthen corporate culture management and personnel training, and so on, to enhance the core competitiveness. The writing of this paper has certain reference significance for the development of overseas business of Bank of China and the promotion of the international competition level of Chinese banks.
