山东省农村金融发展对农村经济增长的影响研究

【摘要】：大力发展农业和农村经济、建设社会主义新农村是党的十六届五中全会提出的新时期党的农村工作的基本政策和纲领，是列入“十一五”规划的一项历史重大任务。中国农村金融改革首先要依照现代金融发展理论所提供的一套比较完善的指标体系对农村金融发展有一个透彻的了解。山东省作为我国的农业大省，在农村金融改革问题上还存在着许多的问题，因此对山东农村金融与经济增长进行实证分析研究就显得尤为重要。第一章导论。本部分阐述选题的理论与现实意义，并介绍本文的研究思路、研究方法以及创新与不足之处。第二章叙述了农村金融发展与农村经济增长的理论基础。该部分介绍了哈罗德-多马经济增长理论、新古典经济增长理论和内生经济增长理论三个农村经济增长理论。第三章山东省农村经济发展与农村金融现状。该部分详细分析了山东省农村经济发展和农村金融现状，指出了山东省农业金融发展存在的问题，并界定了山东省农业、农业经济以及农村金融的范围。第四章着重探讨山东省农村金融对农村经济之间关系影响的实证分析。分别讨论了山东省农村金融与农民收入增长，农村金融与城乡收入差距，农村金融与地区经济增长之间的关系，基于VAR计量模型等数学模型，进行实证分析。分析表明，，农村金融与农村经济之间存在着一种长期稳定的均衡关系，但是这种关系是负相关的，表明农村金融并没有真正做到服务于农村发展。第五章主要针对实证分析所出现的问题，给出对山东省农村金融发展促进农村经济增长的政策和建议。
[Abstract]:Vigorously developing agriculture and rural economy and building a new socialist countryside is the basic policy and program of the Party's rural work in the new period put forward by the Fifth Plenary session of the 16th CPC Central Committee, and it is also a historical and important task included in the Eleventh five-year Plan. First of all, China's rural financial reform should have a thorough understanding of rural financial development according to a set of relatively perfect index system provided by modern financial development theory. As a major agricultural province in China, there are still many problems in rural financial reform in Shandong Province, so it is particularly important to carry out empirical analysis and research on rural finance and economic growth in Shandong Province. The first chapter is an introduction. This part expounds the theoretical and practical significance of the topic, and introduces the research ideas, research methods, innovation and shortcomings of this paper. The second chapter describes the theoretical basis of rural financial development and rural economic growth. This part introduces three rural economic growth theories: Harold Thomas economic growth theory, neoclassical economic growth theory and endophytic economic growth theory. The third chapter is the development of rural economy and the present situation of rural finance in Shandong Province. This part analyzes in detail the present situation of rural economic development and rural finance in Shandong Province, points out the problems existing in the development of agricultural finance in Shandong Province, and defines the scope of agriculture, agricultural economy and rural finance in Shandong Province. The fourth chapter focuses on the empirical analysis of the impact of rural finance on the relationship between rural economy in Shandong Province. This paper discusses the relationship between rural finance and farmers' income growth, rural finance and urban-rural income gap, rural finance and regional economic growth in Shandong Province, and makes an empirical analysis based on VAR econometric model. The analysis shows that there is a long-term and stable equilibrium relationship between rural finance and rural economy, but this relationship is negatively correlated, indicating that rural finance has not really served rural development. The fifth chapter mainly aims at the problems of empirical analysis, and gives the policies and suggestions for the development of rural finance to promote rural economic growth in Shandong Province.
