我国银行业引进境外战略投资者的福利效应分析

【摘要】：本文基于福利效应视角,从三个层面对我国银行业引进境外战投的效果进行理论分析;分别以2008年之前引进战投的25家商业银行、4家大型商业银行为对象进行面板数据分析,从"入股比例效应"、"入股时期效应"研究引资的福利效应;提出了"适度开放"的政策建议。
[Abstract]:Based on the welfare effect, this paper makes a theoretical analysis of the effect of introducing foreign war investment into China's banking industry from three aspects. The panel data analysis of 25 commercial banks and 4 large commercial banks introduced before 2008 is carried out, and the welfare effect of attracting capital is studied from "proportion effect" and "period effect". The policy suggestions of "moderate openness" are put forward.
