城市商业银行竞争力指标体系及其对策设计

【摘要】：设定商业银行竞争力指标体系,基于与大型商业银行和全国性股份制商业银行的比较表明,我国城市商业银行现实竞争力存在较强的竞争优势而潜在竞争力存在明显竞争劣势。提升城市商业银行竞争力,应打好"区域"牌,提倡跨区经营,积极引进战略投资者,并做好人才、基础设施等配套工作。
[Abstract]:Based on the comparison with large commercial banks and national joint-stock commercial banks, the competitiveness index system of commercial banks is set up, which shows that the real competitiveness of urban commercial banks in China has strong competitive advantages and the potential competitiveness has obvious competitive disadvantages. To enhance the competitiveness of urban commercial banks, we should play the "regional" card, advocate cross-regional management, actively introduce strategic investors, and do a good job of talent, infrastructure and other supporting work.
