[Abstract]:All along, rural credit cooperatives are indispensable rural financial institutions in China. However, with China's entry into WTO and the continuous reform of the financial system, the traditional rural credit cooperatives are constantly impacted by external forces. At the same time, their own backward management system and management mode make rural credit cooperatives face difficulties in the rural financial market. How to formulate a reasonable development strategy in view of the current challenges is not only very important for rural credit cooperatives to maintain their market position, but also related to the further deepening of rural financial market reform in China. This paper first sums up the research theories of rural credit cooperatives and rural finance at home and abroad, and then combs all kinds of strategic management theories. On the basis of practical investigation, with the help of "PEST" analysis tool and a large number of materials, this paper analyzes the macro environment of Feicheng Rural Credit Cooperation Association, and looks at the opportunities and threats faced by Feicheng Rural Credit Cooperation Association from four different perspectives: political environment, economic environment, social environment and technical environment. The industry environment of Feicheng Rural Credit Cooperation Association is deeply studied. In addition, this paper also studies and analyzes the organization and network, human resources, the source and composition of funds, capital adequacy and so on. On the basis of studying and demonstrating the internal and external environment of Feicheng Rural Cooperative Credit Union, this paper sums up the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of the four elements of Feicheng Rural Cooperative Credit Union by using SWOT analysis method, then establishes SWOT matrix, and analyzes the development strategy matching with the present situation of Feicheng Rural Credit Cooperative Association. Finally, this paper focuses on how to ensure the implementation of development strategy. This paper probes into the aspects of straightening out the management system, optimizing the allocation of organizational structure, constructing unique enterprise culture, innovating products and services, paying attention to the development of human resources, deeply excavating, and putting forward a series of measures to ensure the successful implementation of the strategy, so as to establish the core competitiveness of enterprises and be in an invincible position in the market competition.
