江苏碳金融体系的构建

【摘要】：很多国家都在不断完善对碳减排交易等相关的投融资模式。近些年来,江苏省在节能减排领域出台了很多政策和相关措施,为江苏碳金融体系的构建铺垫了较好的资源和市场环境基础。提出江苏碳金融体系包括江苏碳金融调控体系、江苏碳金融市场参与体系、江苏碳金融市场体系、江苏碳金融环境体系及江苏碳金融监管体系,以便为江苏省节能减排及碳金融市场的整体规划提供建议。

[Abstract]:Many countries are constantly improving the carbon emission reduction trading and other related investment and financing models. In recent years, Jiangsu Province has issued a lot of policies and related measures in the field of energy conservation and emission reduction, which paves the way for the construction of Jiangsu carbon financial system with a good foundation of resources and market environment. This paper puts forward that the Jiangsu carbon financial system includes Jiangsu carbon financial regulation and control system, Jiangsu carbon financial market participation system, Jiangsu carbon financial market system, Jiangsu carbon financial environment system and Jiangsu carbon financial supervision system, in order to provide suggestions for the overall planning of energy saving and emission reduction and carbon financial market in Jiangsu Province.
