【摘要】：随着经济全球化不断地发展,世界各国之间的经贸往来日益密切。机电产品是世界上贸易量最大的商品,也是中国出口贸易中最为主要的产品,中国机电产品出口竞争力的情况对中国对外贸易的影响是非常大的。中国与东盟之间的贸易往来不仅对双方的经济有着影响,对于亚洲和世界的经济,都会产生相当大的影响。自2010年1月,中国—东盟自由贸易区建立后,中国与东盟机电产品贸易呈快速增长趋势。文章系统的分析了中国与东盟之间机电产品的贸易现状,分析表明,中国与东盟之间机电产品的贸易呈现逐年增长的趋势。文章以关税同盟理论作为论文研究的理论基础,对中国—东盟自由贸易区的建立对中国与东盟机电产品贸易的效应进行了研究,并且建立贸易引力模型,对研究所得到的结果进行了检验。根据实证检验的结果可知,CAFTA的建立对中国与东盟机电产品的贸易产生了贸易创造效应和贸易转移效应。对中国与东盟整体机电产品贸易情况的研究结果表明,CAFTA的建立对中国与东盟机电产品贸易带来的贸易创造效应要比带来的贸易转移效应大；而对中国与东盟各国机电产品贸易情况的研究表明,CAFTA的建立对中国与新加坡、马来西亚和泰国之间机电产品贸易所产生的贸易创造效应比贸易转移效应大,但对中国与东盟其他国家之间机电产品贸易所产生的贸易创造效应要小于贸易转移效应。文章对中国与东盟机电产品贸易的进行研究后发现,中国与东盟双方在机电产品的贸易中存在着自贸区内各国对机电产品进口关税未能完全实现零关税；东盟各国之间经济水平相差较大,影响中国与东盟机电产品的贸易；中国机电产业的结构不够先进,有待升级等问题。同时,文章从国家和企业这两个层面,分别提出了相应的对策建议,以促进中国与东盟之间机电产品的贸易发展。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of economic globalization, economic and trade exchanges between countries in the world are becoming increasingly close. Electromechanical products are the most traded goods in the world, and also the most important products in China's export trade. The export competitiveness of Chinese mechanical and electrical products has great impact on China's foreign trade. The trade between China and ASEAN not only has an impact on the economy of both sides, but also has a considerable impact on the economy of Asia and the world. Since the establishment of the China ASEAN Free Trade Area in January 2010, the trade in electromechanical products between China and ASEAN has been growing rapidly. This paper systematically analyzes the current status of the electromechanical products trade between China and ASEAN. The analysis shows that the trade of electromechanical products between China and ASEAN is increasing year by year. Based on the theory of Customs Union as the theoretical foundation of the thesis, this paper studies the effect of the establishment of China ASEAN Free Trade Area on the trade of mechanical and electrical products between China and ASEAN, and establishes the trade gravity model, and tests the results obtained from the research. According to the results of the empirical test, the establishment of CAFTA has created a trade creation effect and a trade transfer effect on the trade between China and ASEAN mechanical and electrical products. Study on the situation of China and ASEAN as a whole trade of electromechanical products showed that the establishment of CAFTA for trade and China electromechanical products of ASEAN trade creation effect than the trade diversion effect; and the study of mechanical and electrical products China and ASEAN trade show that the establishment of CAFTA between China with Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand the trade of electromechanical products produced by the trade creation effect than trade diversion effect, but due to the Chinese and other ASEAN countries, the trade of electromechanical products trade creation effect than trade diversion effect. The trade of electromechanical products and Chinese ASEAN found that China and ASEAN countries in the free trade zone has failed to fully realize the import tariff of mechanical and electrical products Zero Tariff in the mechanical and electrical products trade; economic level between ASEAN countries is large, mechanical and electrical products affect China and ASEAN trade structure; Chinese Electromechanical industry is not enough advanced, to upgrade problems. At the same time, the article from the two levels of the state and enterprises, respectively put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, in order to promote the development of the electromechanical products between China and ASEAN.
