【摘要】:进入二十一世纪,经济把全球变成了一个大熔炉,各行各业都被卷入其中。各国的企业都毫无选择的参与全球的优胜劣汰,面对这么多强大的潜在对手,增强国际竞争力就成了企业生存的客观条件和必然选择。短短几年,通信设备制造业独领风骚,他强劲增长的态势显然得到了更多的关注。部分企业追随着大潮流高歌猛进,在工业经济相对低迷的现在,给人焕然一新的感觉。深圳华为技术有限公司是通信设备民营企业,包含了生产和销售全方位的经营模式,在通信设备制造业堪称老大,无论从技术、市场、营业利润率、还是国际市场方面都具有明显的优势。所以分析研究华为的出口竞争力,有助于企业认清目前的国际形势和自身的发展情况,也能帮助其他企业在进军国际市场的时候找到更加合适的出发点,这对国内企业有着很大的参考价值和实践意义。本文先对常用的出口竞争力指标体系做了一个系统的介绍,然后用这些指标去计算华为的出口竞争力。另外,西方国家由于经济危机,网络被迫停滞,为了实现更大的利润,降低运营费用和设备采购成本成了华为提升出口竞争力最直接的方式,再加上华为自身持续的业务支撑能力,这无疑给了华为一个很好的机会。本文在现有的理论基础上对华为技术有限公司的出口竞争力现状有一个大概的了解,并在现有的理论基础上对华为进行一个系统的分析,选取三个指标对华为的出口进行实证分析,得出华为面临产能供应、终端市场、运营商、市场和技术等方面的问题。文章认为提升华为出口竞争力的对策具体包括:加大科学研究投入提升技术含量,加强技术创新,有效应对技术危机;开拓国际市场渠道,完善自己的营销模式;保证企业信息安全和移动互联网安全等。本文对出口竞争力的内涵和理论基础进行了归纳总结,引出出口竞争力的评价指标体系。笔者选取三个出口竞争力指标对华为技术有限公司的出口竞争力进行多角度评价,分别是国际市场占有率、国际市场竞争力、贸易竞争力指数变差三个指数。并对数据进行选取和整理计算,进行实证分析,找出竞争力劣势存在的原因并提出相应的对策。由于本人受限于理论水平、科研经验以及选取数据进行实证研究能力的不足,对已经成熟的相关文献分析的不是很透彻,文章没有形成一个比较成熟理论分析框架,因此论文难免存在很多不足之处。
[Abstract]:In 21th century, the economy turned the world into a melting pot in which various industries were involved. Companies from all over the world had no choice but to participate in the global survival of the fittest and face so many powerful potential rivals. Enhancing the international competitiveness has become the objective condition and inevitable choice for the survival of enterprises. In a few short years, the communication equipment manufacturing industry is leading the way. His strong growth is clearly getting more attention. Some companies are following the big trend and moving ahead, in a time of relative downturn in the industrial economy. Shenzhen Huawei Technology Co., Ltd. is a private communications equipment enterprise, including the production and sales of a comprehensive business model, in the communications equipment manufacturing industry, whether from the technology, the market. Operating profit rate, or the international market has obvious advantages. Therefore, the analysis of Huawei's export competitiveness is helpful for enterprises to recognize the current international situation and their own development. It can also help other companies find a more appropriate starting point when entering the international market. This is of great reference value and practical significance to domestic enterprises. This paper first introduces the commonly used export competitiveness index system, and then uses these indicators to calculate the export competitiveness of Huawei. Western countries have been forced to stagnate as a result of the economic crisis. In order to achieve greater profits, lower operating costs and equipment procurement costs have become the most direct way for Huawei to improve its export competitiveness. Together with Huawei's continuous business support capacity, this undoubtedly gives Huawei a good opportunity. This paper has a general understanding of the export competitiveness of Huawei Technology Co., Ltd. on the basis of existing theories. And on the basis of the existing theory to carry on a systematic analysis to Huawei, select three indicators to carry on the empirical analysis to Huawei's export, draw the conclusion that Huawei faces the capacity supply, the terminal market, the operator. The paper points out that the countermeasures to enhance Huawei's export competitiveness include: increasing scientific research investment to enhance technology content, strengthening technological innovation, and effectively coping with technological crisis; To open up international market channels and perfect their own marketing model; To ensure enterprise information security and mobile Internet security. This paper summarizes the connotation and theoretical basis of export competitiveness. The author selects three export competitiveness indicators to evaluate the export competitiveness of Huawei Technology Co., Ltd., which are the international market share and international market competitiveness. Trade competitiveness index variation of three indices. And the selection and collation of the data, empirical analysis, to find out the reasons for competitive disadvantage and put forward the corresponding countermeasures. Because I am limited by the theoretical level. The lack of scientific research experience and the ability to select data for empirical research is not very thorough to the mature literature analysis, the article has not formed a relatively mature theoretical analysis framework. Therefore, the paper inevitably has a lot of shortcomings.
