基于产业结构调整的养老服务业发展规划研究

【摘要】：产业结构调整是我国近年来重要的经济政策及研究课题,养老服务业在我国人口老龄化加剧的情况下,也必将迎来这个行业发展的机遇时期。本文以产业结构调整和养老服务业为研究对象,试图寻找两者之间可能存在的联系,进而分析产业结构调整给养老服务业的发展带来了怎样的机遇和问题,并对养老服务业的具体发展规划提出了相应建议。因此,本文的主要研究内容大致分为以下五个部分：第一部分是绪论,首先分别论述产业结构不平衡和养老服务业的发展各要素的供给需求现状,进而分析两者在企业机构、就业、个人收入之问可能存在的联系；第二部分是产业结构调整对养老服务业发展的影响,本节分别从养老服务与老年产品、从业人员、服务与产品价格三个方面分析产业结构调整对养老服务业发展的具体影响；第三部分是产业结构调整给养老服务业的发展带来了哪些机遇和问题,其中问题方面既论述了养老服务业当前在养老服务与产品、从业人员、价格方面已有的问题,同时也分析了产业结构调整带来的新问题即信息化程度较低；第四部分是养老服务业的发展规划,基于上文提出的问题,分别提出了相应的发展规划,既有针对发展要素已有问题的规划建议,也有整合各要素资源、构建信息平台新问题的规划建议。我国当前的产业结构调整正朝着发展现代服务业的方向前进,并以互联网技术为代表的信息技术为支撑,互联网改造传统行业既然正在进行,养老服务业迎来的发展机遇即为运用互联技术改造养老服务业,笔者提出了互联网+养老服务的新的发展模式。这一模式一方面符合政府工作报告当中,李克强总理提出的“互联网+”的经济发展新常态的要求,另一方面也是本文的创新之处。
[Abstract]:The adjustment of industrial structure is an important economic policy and research topic in China in recent years. Also will usher in this industry development opportunity period. This article takes the industrial structure adjustment and the old-age service industry as the research object, tries to look for the possible link between the two. Then it analyzes the opportunities and problems brought about by the adjustment of industrial structure to the development of the old-age service industry, and puts forward corresponding suggestions on the specific development plan of the old-age service industry. The main research content of this paper is divided into the following five parts: the first part is the introduction. Firstly, it discusses the imbalance of industrial structure and the supply and demand status of various elements of the development of the old-age service industry. Then analyze the possible relationship between the two in the enterprise organization, employment, personal income; The second part is the impact of industrial restructuring on the development of pension services, this section respectively from old-age services and elderly products, practitioners. The paper analyzes the influence of industrial structure adjustment on the development of old-age service industry from three aspects: service and product price; The third part is about the opportunities and problems brought by the adjustment of industrial structure to the development of the old-age service industry. At the same time, it also analyzes the new problems brought about by the adjustment of industrial structure, that is, the low degree of informatization; The 4th part is the development plan of the old-age service industry. Based on the problems raised above, the author puts forward the corresponding development plan, which includes the planning suggestions for the existing problems of the development elements and the integration of the resources of the various elements. China's current industrial restructuring is moving towards the direction of the development of modern service industry, supported by the information technology represented by the Internet technology. Since the Internet transformation of traditional industries is under way, the development opportunity for the old-age service industry is the use of interconnection technology to transform the pension service industry. The author puts forward a new development model of Internet old-age service, which on the one hand accords with the requirements of the new normal of economic development of "Internet" put forward by Premier Li Keqiang in the government work report. On the other hand, it is the innovation of this paper.
