【摘要】:2014年,中华全国供销合作总社成立60周年。在纪念大会召开前夕,习近平总书记就供销合作社工作作出重要批示。他指出,在新的历史条件下,要继续办好供销合作社,发挥其独特优势和重要作用。中央对供销社发展的重视,使得似乎远离学界和商界的供销社又重回人们的视野当中。在供销社的发展中,社有企业是供销社开展经营服务的主体。它的改革发展决定了供销社改革发展的方向,是供销合作事业发展的核心,影响着供销社的整体服务水平和社会形象。供销社企业在社会主义市场经济的改革和发展过程中,不适应的很早就已经被淘汰了,歇业、破产、关闭。适应的大部分被保存下来,面临生存发展的抉择,少部分已经发展壮大,面临做大做强的机遇。而更多保存下来的企业在残酷的市场竞争中,该挖掘的资源与优势已经挖掘完了,如何做大做强,突破加快发展的瓶颈成为一个亟待研究的课题。知识经济时代,人力资源,特别是人才资源是企业的核心竞争力。人的因素是企业发展的关键因素。笔者认为,在制约供销社企业发展的因素中,缺乏管理人才,特别是缺乏中高级管理人才是重要原因之一。而供销社企业在发展过程中,受历史及自身的原因,对管理人才的培养是比较欠缺的。为了解决这一问题,向社会招募职业经理人不失为一个好的解决途径。本文以某市供销社社有企业KMT公司为例进行分析。首先,理论部分本文对招聘理论、委托与代理理论、素质模型理论等相关理论进行了阐述,分析了这些理论特别是素质模型理论对企业招募工作的价值和意义。其次,在应用研究部分客观分析了KMT公司人力资源状况、管理者现状和管理者流动特征,剖析了KMT公司职业经理人招募方面存在的问题和原因。最后,本文以KMT公司招募和甄选职业经理人为例,对胜任力模型进行构建并对招募与甄选流程进行了设计。本文是关于胜任力模型在供销社社有企业招聘工作中的应用研究,基于胜任力模型及招聘相关的理论与方法以及在此基础上设计的方案对供销社社有企业在实施中高层管理人员过程中提供一定的参考和借鉴。
[Abstract]:In 2014, China Federation of supply and marketing cooperatives was founded in 60th anniversary. Held in the memorial ceremony on the eve of the general secretary Xi Jinping made important instructions on the supply and marketing cooperatives. He pointed out that in the new historical conditions, to continue to run the supply and marketing cooperatives, to play its unique advantages and important role. The central importance of the development of supply and marketing cooperatives, which seems to be far away from the supply and marketing cooperatives academic and business and return to the people's vision. In the development of supply and marketing cooperatives in the agency business is the supply and marketing cooperatives to carry out the main business services. It determines the reform and development of supply and marketing cooperatives in the direction of reform and development, is the core of the development of supply and marketing cooperative enterprise, supply and marketing cooperatives affects the overall level of service and social image. The supply and marketing cooperative enterprises in the reform and development of the socialist market economy, not to have already been eliminated, closure, bankruptcy, closed. To adapt to the most preserved, Facing the survival and development of choice, few have been grown, facing bigger and stronger and more opportunities. The preserved enterprises in the brutal competition in the market, resources and advantages of the mining mining has been done, how to become bigger and stronger, to break through the bottleneck of accelerated development become an urgent research topic of human resources in knowledge economy. Age, especially the human resource is the core competitiveness of enterprises. The human factor is the key factor in the development of enterprises. The author thinks that the factors restricting the development of enterprises in the supply and marketing cooperatives, lack of management talent, especially the lack of talents in high level management is one of the important reasons. And the supply and marketing cooperative enterprises in the development process, by reason the history and the training of management personnel is relatively lacking. In order to solve this problem, to the community to recruit occupation managers is a good way to solve. This paper takes a supply and marketing cooperatives A KMT company as an example. Firstly, the theoretical part of the paper on the recruitment theory, principal-agent theory, expounds the quality model theory, analyzes these theories especially the value and significance of the quality model theory of enterprise recruitment. Secondly, in the application part objectively analyzes the status of human resource in KMT the company, flow characteristics management status and management, analyzes the existing problems and reasons of KMT's occupation managers recruitment. Finally, this paper takes the KMT company recruitment and selection of occupation managers as an example, the competency model building and the recruitment and selection process design. This paper is about the application of competency model in the work of enterprise recruitment in the supply and marketing agency, is designed based on the competency model of recruitment and the related theories and methods and on the basis of the plan of supply and marketing cooperatives and social enterprises In the process of implementing the senior managers, the industry provides some reference and reference.
