【摘要】：每一次的危机总会带来机遇,尽管2008年金融危机仍有阴影,但是在互联网、移动互联网和通信技术的推动下,以共享经济为代表的新兴商业模式已然崛起。Airbnb和Uber在最新的一轮的融资中估值分别超过了200亿美金和400亿美金,再一次的刷新了创业公司融资和估值记录,成为了最有价值的非上市高科技公司之一。共享经济已经在很多方面影响我们的生活,从一定程度上讲,未来经济是共享的。基于共享经济的巨大的影响和相关研究的缺乏,本文对共享经济从理论和实践、整体和局部都进行了分析。第一部分,共享经济的理论分析。在整体上,从理论的角度分析了共享经济的起源、构成和发展动力。第二部分,共享经济在现实中的整体实践情况。整体的分析了共享经济在国外和中国的应用情况。第三部分,具体的分析了三个共享经济案例。分别分析了房、车和金融领域的三个典型的共享经济案例。从案例中理解共享经济的逻辑和对我们的生活和整个经济和社会带来的巨大变革。最后,我们也对中国和美国的共享经济进行了简单的对比,并展望了共享经济在中国未来的发展和影响,并提出了一些建议。
