【摘要】：随着经济全球化的迅速推进,会展业逐渐成为带动经济发展的重要产业。作为新兴绿色环保产业,在世界范围内正加速发展。进入20世纪以来,我国会展业发展步伐正稳步推进。而西安作为一座有着悠久文化历史的古城,在现代意义上的会展业发展上起步较晚,综合实力远远不足,与其他大型城市的竞争优势也不明显。西安会展业作为第三产业,和其他产业一样,其发展离不开自身核心竞争力的推动。核心竞争力对产业的进一步发展和实现产业优化升级有着非常重要的作用。正是在这种背景下,本文试图对西安会展业核心竞争力的影响要素进行分析,进而为西安会展业发展提供一个新的方案。本文首先对核心竞争力的发展历程进行研究和评述,在此基础上,把核心竞争力的理论应用到会展产业方面。通过分析会展业和核心竞争力的关系,详细解释了西安市会展业核心竞争力的内涵,同时对影响西安会展业核心竞争力的构成要素指标进行了量化分析。针对西安会展业核心竞争力的特征和构成要素,利用AHP层次分析法评价模型,对西安会展业核心竞争力进行了定量分析。本文将核心竞争力和西安会展业发展结合在一起,并运用了西安会展业核心竞争力构成要素指标评价体系,研究分析西安会展业核心竞争力。通过分析西安会展业核心竞争力发展现状和出现的问题,提出优化西安会展业核心竞争力的对策和建议。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economic globalization, exhibition industry has gradually become an important industry to promote economic development. As a new green environmental protection industry, it is accelerating development in the world. Since 20th century. The development of exhibition industry in our country is advancing steadily. As an ancient city with a long cultural history, Xi'an has a late start in the development of exhibition industry in the modern sense, and its comprehensive strength is far from enough. The competitive advantage of other large cities is not obvious. Xi'an exhibition industry as a tertiary industry, as well as other industries. Its development can not be separated from its own core competitiveness, which plays a very important role in the further development of industry and the realization of industrial optimization and upgrading. This paper attempts to analyze the influence factors of the core competitiveness of Xi'an convention and exhibition industry, and then provide a new plan for the development of Xi'an convention and exhibition industry. Firstly, this paper studies and comments on the development process of the core competitiveness. On this basis, the core competitiveness theory is applied to the exhibition industry. Through the analysis of the relationship between the exhibition industry and the core competitiveness, the connotation of the core competitiveness of Xi'an exhibition industry is explained in detail. At the same time, quantitative analysis is made on the index of the elements that affect the core competitiveness of Xi'an convention and exhibition industry. Aiming at the characteristics and elements of the core competitiveness of Xi'an convention and exhibition industry, the AHP analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is used to evaluate the model. The core competitiveness of Xi'an Convention and Exhibition Industry is analyzed quantitatively. This paper combines the core competence with the development of Xi'an Convention and Exhibition Industry, and applies the evaluation system of the key elements of Xi'an Convention and Exhibition Industry. This paper studies and analyzes the core competence of Xi'an convention and exhibition industry, and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for optimizing the core competence of Xi'an convention and exhibition industry through analyzing the present situation and problems of the development of the core competence of Xi'an convention and exhibition industry.
