虽然时至今日,电子商务在信息管理技术和信息管理科技的创新领域已经有大量的研究资料。然而,这些创新性研讨主要是针对电子商务应用的普及和影响其发展的原因。本项课题的研究角度,是运用技术接受模型(TAM)来分析电子商务在卢旺达普及过程中人们所面临的问题和挑战。电子商务的发展为提升销售商和客户之间的互动效率提供了具有革新意义的改变,使商品销售变得更快捷、价格更低、更能照顾到每一位消费者的需求,同时也更能提升买卖双方的诚信约束力。卢旺达正需要探索电子商务应用来分析,在电子商务实际利用中存在的种种现象。本课题内研究了现存的关于电子商务与实际应用的文章。本文论述了电子商务与实际运用之间的联系。本研究利用了TAM模型,研究者发现在研究过程中将正逐步缓和的社会传统问题以及地理条件问题纳入考虑范围是非常重要的。此研究运用了大量的分析方法,利用了收集的一手和二手数据。第一手的数据是通过随机抽取200位受访者填写的问卷调查表得来的,然后利用STATA 14.1分析法。线性回归分析法和数据相关性分析法都对本项研究结果产生了适当的影响。然而,调查结果表明卢旺达的电子商务应用仍需要大量的研究来设计出一条可持续发展的...
