【摘要】：近年来,互联网企业开始涉足金融领域,其中以“阿里”、“百度”、“腾讯”为最具代表性的互联网企业,将互联网平台资源与金融进行整合,创新发展出了P2P小额信贷、移动支付、余额宝等众多业务模式和业务,这些产品改变着客户的传统金融行为和资金流转方式,商业银行传统业务大有被步步蚕食的趋势和担忧。对于如雨后春笋般出现的互联网企业金融产品,各大商业银行纷纷做出应对措施,如直销银行的建设、与互联网企业合作推出金融产品等等。JT银行义乌分行侧重风险控制影响客户体验、金融人才匮乏、金融产品更新速度慢等弱点,制约着其发展速度和质量。中国经济进入“新常态”后,银行业发展迅速回落,存贷利差收窄,金融“脱媒”深化,信贷风险加速暴露,JT银行面临前所未有的挑战,亟需研究并解决当前所面临的问题与困难。本文以JT银行义乌分行作为研究对象,运用PEST分析、SWOT分析方法,对JT银行义乌分行所处的外部环境、内部环境及能力进行深入分析和研判,在此基础上揭示了JT银行义乌分行互联网金融业务存在问题,提出了相应的发展对策。面对JT银行义乌分行自身互联网金融业务品种受风险控制影响导致互联网金融产品种类较少,多层级的审批机制导致滞后的创新与复杂的业务流程,保守的营销意识导致对互联网金融业务重视不够,人才储备跟不上业务发展的问题,思考凭借义乌当地政策扶持,总行提供的技术、数据支撑,创新发展思路与举措,积极发展互联网金融业务,在银行业新常态下确立竞争优势,实现新一轮大发展。
[Abstract]:In recent years, Internet companies began to get involved in the financial sector, in which the "Ali", "Baidu", "Tencent" is the most representative of the Internet business, the Internet platform and financial resources integration, innovation and development of the P2P micro credit, mobile payment, the balance of treasure and many business models and services, these products change customer behavior and traditional financial funds transfer mode, the traditional business of commercial banks is the trend and concerns are encroached upon. For financial products such as Internet companies like bamboo shoots after a spring rain appeared, the big commercial banks make measures, such as the construction of direct banking, and Internet companies to launch financial products and so on.JT bank Yiwu branch focus risk control affect the customer experience, the lack of financial talents, financial products slow update speed is weak, which restricts its development speed and quality of China's economy has entered " The new normal ", the development of banking loan spreads narrowed down quickly, deepening financial disintermediation, accelerate the credit risk exposure, banks are faced with hitherto unknown challenge JT need to study and solve the problem, and the current difficulties faced. Based on the JT bank Yiwu branch as the research object, using the PEST analysis, SWOT analysis method. The Yiwu branch of JT bank's external environment, internal environment and the ability to conduct in-depth analysis and research, on the basis of this reveals the existing problems of Yiwu branch of JT Bank Internet banking business, put forward the corresponding countermeasures. In the face of risk control in Internet financial products less affected by JT bank Yiwu branch of its own internet financial business multi level, approval mechanism leads to the lag of innovation and complex business processes, resulting in conservative marketing consciousness is not enough emphasis on the Internet financial services, talent The problem of reserves can not keep up with business development. We think that we can actively develop Internet financial business and establish competitive advantage under the new normal of banking industry to achieve a new round of development based on Yiwu's local policy support, technology and data support provided by head office, innovative development ideas and initiatives.
