【摘要】：中国梦是人民的梦,它的提出反映了广大人民的精神和物质诉求,以及国家不断追求民主、共同富裕、和谐社会的坚定信念。中国梦的实现依靠全体中国人民,依靠新时期政府社会管理的改革与进步,依靠全社会"不拘一格、百花齐放"的创新与合作。社会投资理论是一种积极的福利投资模式,强调以投资弱势群体的人力资本代替直接给予资金利益,以达到预防贫困代替减少贫困的效果。而社会旅游正是一种针对弱势群体的积极投资和干预手段,也是一种崭新的、全方位的及多赢的实现经济增长和社会和谐的重要社会管理手段,其重要性及巨大的发展潜力正逐步得到社会的认可。社会旅游在中国有很大的市场空间和广阔的发展前景,对社会和谐发展有着重要意义。
[Abstract]:Chinese Dream is the people's dream, it reflects the spiritual and material demands of the broad masses of the people, as well as the country's constant pursuit of democracy, common prosperity, and a harmonious society, the realization of Chinese Dream depends on all the Chinese people. Depending on the reform and progress of the government's social management in the new period and the innovation and cooperation of the whole society, the theory of social investment is a positive mode of welfare investment. Emphasis is placed on investing in human capital of vulnerable groups instead of giving direct financial benefits in order to achieve the effect of poverty prevention instead of poverty reduction. Social tourism is an active means of investment and intervention for vulnerable groups. It is also a brand-new, all-directional and multi-win social management means to achieve economic growth and social harmony. Social tourism has great market space and broad development prospects in China, which is of great significance to the harmonious development of society.
