【摘要】:随着我国居民收入水平和理财理念的提升,个人理财市场有着很大的发展空间,而商业银行间市场竞争的不断加剧,也推动商业银行去开拓更多的个人理财业务。在较长的时间里,个人理财业务在我国商业银行属于较为弱小的业务领域,发展时间也并不长,因此我国许多商业银行在个人理财业务的拓展上存在着较多的不足。本文以GY农商银行的个人理财业务发展为研究对象,针对其存在的问题进行分析,并提出针对性的建议,提升其个人理财业务的竞争实力。本文首先对本文的研究背景和意义、国内外研究现状,研究内容和方法,本文的创新点进行了阐述。其次对个人理财业务的含义及理财行为的基本理论进行了归纳和总结,包括个人理财业务的含义,理财行为的基本理论等,为本文的研究提供理论基础。第三,本文对GY农商银行个人理财业务发展的现状进行了分析,并设计了问卷调查,以分析GY农商银行存在的问题,提出理财客户结构不合理,专业理财经理缺口较大,理财产品严重同质化,理财业务收入水平较低等问题。通过上述问题分析,本文对GY农商银行在个人理财业务中的宏观和微观环境进行了分析,并基于SWOT分析法为其个人理财业务的发展提供指导。最后提出了GY农商银行个人理财业务的发展策略,GY农商银行应加强市场细分和客户分层,完善理财经理的培养和考核,注重品牌建设与服务,强化渠道建设和渠道价值,完善客户中心制和风险管理等措施。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of the income level and the concept of financial management in our country, the personal financial market has a lot of room for development, and the market competition between commercial banks is becoming more and more serious. Also promote commercial banks to open up more personal financial business. In a long time, personal finance business in China's commercial banks belong to the weaker business areas, the development of the time is not long. Therefore, many commercial banks in our country have more shortcomings in the expansion of personal finance business. This paper takes the development of personal finance business of GY Agricultural and Commercial Bank as the research object, and analyzes the existing problems. And put forward targeted recommendations to enhance the competitiveness of their personal finance business. Firstly, this paper studies the background and significance of this article, domestic and foreign research status, research content and methods. Secondly, the meaning of personal finance business and the basic theory of financial management behavior are summarized and summarized, including the meaning of personal finance business, the basic theory of financial management behavior and so on. Third, this paper analyzes the current situation of the development of personal finance business of GY agribusiness bank, and designs a questionnaire to analyze the existing problems of GY agricultural commercial bank. This paper puts forward some problems, such as unreasonable structure of financial clients, large gap of professional financial managers, serious homogeneity of financial products, low income level of financial services, and so on. This paper analyzes the macro and micro environment of GY Agricultural and Commercial Bank in personal finance business. And based on the SWOT analysis to provide guidance for the development of its personal finance business. Finally, the development strategy of GY agribusiness bank personal finance business is put forward. GY agricultural and commercial bank should strengthen market segmentation and customer stratification. Improve the training and examination of financial management managers, pay attention to brand building and service, strengthen channel construction and channel value, perfect customer center system and risk management, and so on.
