【摘要】：正绿色债券是指将所募资金专门为绿色项目进行融资、再融资的金融工具。中国绿色债券市场起步不久,但发展迅速。2015年12月起中国人民银行、发改委、上交所、深交所相继推出的绿色债券发行指引,建立了绿色债券体系。经过一年以来的发展,国内绿色债券市场(含场内场外市场)稳步成长。2016年绿色债券共计发行53期,发行规模2052.31亿元,其中,绿色金融债券和绿色企业债券为主要的发行产品。比较而言,交易所绿色公司债券发展
[Abstract]:The positive green bond refers to the financial instrument that will raise funds to finance and refinance the green project.
