【摘要】:随着新经济时代的到来,我国经济逐渐由传统经济向新经济产业转型。经济转型是一个国家发展经济过程的一个不可或缺的环节,经济转型主要实现经济体制的更新与发展,逐渐完善经济结构的同时更换相应的产业结构,银行产业作为传统经济以及新兴经济中的支柱产业,在产业结构中有着不可忽视的重要作用。随着经济的逐渐发展,零售银行业务已经成为了构成银行产业收入的一个重要来源。对于银行产业来说,其如今已经涉及多个领域,而只有零售业务才能够使得银行的拓展业务变得更加宽泛。零售银行有着非常强的交叉性和互补性,其具有服务对象分散、单笔业务金额有限、业务庞大的特点,对于现今的银行产业链来说,零售业务的中间业务,已是银行收入来源的主要组成部分,而零售业务因其涉猎方面十分广泛,为自身银行带来的除了客观的利润之外,更为重要的是其使用量,巨大的用户使用量为其带来的是其主推业务的认知度,这对于一个商业银行来说是十分重要的,只有建立在一定的用户群的基础上,银行的业务发展才会有持久发展的动力。本文在研究国内外相关文献的基础上,阐述了商业银行零售业务的相关理论,运用文献研究、实地调查研究等方法,以及PEST分析法和五力模型分析工具,分析我国商业银行零售业务发展的外部环境,同时借助于对于我国银行市场经济的发展趋势的调查,结合国际形势以及新经济时代的发展趋势,针对我国商业银行面对的宏观环境和行业环境两个背景,以NJ银行零售业务具体数据展开分析其零售业务发展的现状,找出其发展过程中存在的问题,主要的问题有:缺乏推动零售业务发展的理论知识;主流金融产品缺乏针对性和创新性;营销业务和推广业务能力较差;制度规范缺失;监管力度薄弱;主要渠道仍是柜台业务;信息化发展滞后;零售业务认识不足,机构不完善;技术手段相对落后等七方面的问题。在此基础上,提出了精细商业银行零售业务市场销售流程;提高银行零售业务产品的创新意识;强化品牌建设,建设特色零售业务品牌;强化理财人员队伍建设,提供从业人员的整体素质;大力发展互联网业务;加强理财培训制度的建设;增强客户风险预防管理能力等加强商业银行零售业务发展的对策建议。最后,总结本文的研究结论和展望。
[Abstract]:With the advent of new economy era, China's economy gradually from the traditional economy to the new economic transformation. Economic transformation is an integral part of a national economic development process, economic transformation mainly realizes the renewal and development of economic system, gradually improve the economic structure and change the corresponding industrial structure, the banking industry as a pillar industry the traditional economy and emerging economy, has an important role in the industrial structure. With the gradual development of economy, the retail banking business has become the constitute an important source of income. The banking industry for the banking industry, which now involves a number of areas, but only to be able to make the bank retail business the business has become more broad. Retail banks have a very strong cross and complement each other, its service object scattered, single transaction amount limited, The characteristics of huge business, for the banking industry chain, the intermediate business of retail business, already is a major component of income in bank, while the retail business because of its range aspect is very extensive, for its banks in addition to profit, is more important is its usage, huge amount of users is brought to its awareness of its main business, it is very important for a commercial bank, only based on a certain group of users on the business development bank will have the power of sustainable development. Based on the study of the related literature at home and abroad, related theories of the retail business of commercial the bank, the use of literature research, investigation method, and PEST analysis and five forces model analysis tools, analysis the development of retail business of commercial banks in China's external environment, at the same time, with the help of The survey for the development trend of the market economy of our country bank, combined with the development trend of the international situation and the new economic era, the macro environment of China's commercial banks face the industry environment and the two background, to NJ retail banking business development status of the specific data of its retail business analysis, find out the problems in the development process., main problems are: lack of theoretical knowledge, promote the development of the retail business; mainstream financial products lack of pertinence and innovation; marketing and promotion ability is poor; lack of standardized system; weak supervision; the main channel is still lagging behind the development of the information service counter; retail business; lack of understanding, the organization is not perfect; technology is relatively backward the seven aspects of the problem. Based on this, puts forward the fine commercial bank retail business market sales process; improve the retail business of bank product innovation consciousness The construction of characteristic; strengthen brand building, brand retail business; to strengthen the construction of financial management personnel, to provide the overall quality of employees; vigorously develop the Internet business; to strengthen the construction of financial management training system; enhance customer risk management ability of countermeasures and suggestions to enhance the retail business development of the commercial banks. Finally, the research conclusion and prospect are summarized in this paper.
