【摘要】:我国经济发展水平逐渐实现了与国际接轨,国内外市场环境的改变及不同政策的要求趋严趋紧,尤其近两年来的改革大潮形势下,对企业管理模式提出了新的挑战,传统的管理方式已经不能满足现阶段发展的需要,在行业环境中能够提升竞争力和影响力,才能立于不败之地,促进企业健康发展。人才市场逐渐被企业所关注,人才作为一项软实力面临着严峻的考验,这成为企业持续健康发展不容忽视的重要因素,同时人力资本的投入对企业的生存和发展至关重要,甚至影响到企业的未来战略的规划和市场竞争的有利武器。当今,国内外众多专家学者已开始普遍关注人力资本与企业绩效之间的协调发展问题,研究的领域大都是上市公司、制药企业、制造业、民营企业,对于大型国有企业的研究较少,也可以说对微观的集团控股的非银行金融机构来讲并不能复制粘贴,甚至实践和可借鉴的内容不多。对于JN集团财务有限公司等国有企业来说,作为新型企业,兼顾着国有控股、企业管理及外部监管的单位来讲,面对市场的竞争,能够充分利用资产实现最大的收益,创造更大的利润,关乎着整个国有企业的创利实力提升,也直接关系到我国国有企业经济发展水平的高低。因此,本人以JN集团财务有限公司为例,通过对企业各项人力资本投入与企业绩效指标协调发展问题进行了研究和分析,包括整体素质提升、培训与开发、激励机制等手段的协调运用来论证与企业绩效发展的相关性关系,从而不断提升人力资本水平,实现企业绩效的不断增长,并且为其他国有企业在人力资源管理方面提供一定的借鉴和参考意义。
[Abstract]:The economic development level of our country gradually realized with international standards, domestic and international market environment changes and different demand tighter policy tightening, especially in recent years the tide of reform situation, put forward the new challenge to the enterprise management mode, the traditional management mode can't meet the needs of the present stage of development, to enhance the competitiveness and the influence of the environment in the industry in an invincible position, and promote the healthy development of enterprises. The talent market has gradually been paid attention, talent as a soft power is facing a severe test, which is an important factor for sustainable and healthy development of enterprises can not be ignored at the same time, the human capital investment is crucial to the survival and development of enterprises, and even affect the favorable the future of the enterprise strategic weapons planning and market competition. Nowadays, many domestic and foreign experts and scholars have begun to concern human capital and corporate performance The coordinated development between the areas of research are listed companies, pharmaceutical companies, manufacturing industry, private enterprises, large state-owned enterprises to study less, can also be said that non bank financial institutions on micro holdings are not copy and paste, and even practice and reference content for the state-owned enterprise JN. Group financial company, as a new type of enterprises, both state-owned enterprise management and external supervision units, in the face of market competition, can make full use of assets to achieve maximum benefits, create greater profits, the profitability of state-owned enterprises to enhance the strength, but also directly related to the level of development of China's state-owned the enterprise economic level. Therefore, I take the JN Group Finance Company Limited as an example, based on the problems of enterprise human capital investment and enterprise performance index of coordinated development are studied. The research and analysis, including the overall quality promotion, training and development, coordination means the incentive mechanism to the relationship between the argument and the development of enterprise performance, so as to continuously enhance the level of human capital, increasing enterprise performance, and for other state-owned enterprises to provide certain reference and reference significance in human resource management.
