经济结构转型中的结构性货币政策优化研究

【摘要】：当前,中国亟待解决经济发展中严重的结构性问题。货币政策是宏观经济调节中必不可少的手段,然而传统货币政策因传导渠道扭曲对经济结构产生了不利影响,使得区域发展差距扩大、中小微企业融资难问题依然严峻、新兴产业很难得到资金支持。总量型货币政策因其区域、产业和所有制等异质性效应而失效,基于此情形,中国人民银行创设了结构性货币政策以期短期内达到调整经济结构的作用,并产生了一定的效果。然而,中国结构性货币政策有待进一步改进和完善,如此才能达到全面深化改革、促进经济健康可持续发展的要求。
[Abstract]:At present, China urgently needs to solve serious structural problems in its economic development. Monetary policy is an indispensable means in macroeconomic adjustment. However, the traditional monetary policy has a negative impact on the economic structure because of the distortion of transmission channels. This makes the regional development gap widen, the financing difficulty of small and medium-sized enterprises is still severe, and it is very difficult for emerging industries to get financial support. The aggregate monetary policy is ineffective because of its heterogeneity effects such as region, industry and ownership. The people's Bank of China has created a structural monetary policy in order to adjust the economic structure in the short term, and has had certain effects. However, China's structural monetary policy needs to be further improved and improved. Only in this way can we deepen the reform in an all-round way and promote the healthy and sustainable development of the economy.
