我国城市商业银行投行业务拓展研究

【摘要】：金融改革的深化促进了资本市场的发展,直接融资在社会融资规模中所占的比重越来越大,因此,在我国金融体制发展呈现混业经营的趋势下,商业银行发展投行业务成了其转型的必然战略。城市商业银行作为我国银行系统的特殊组成部分,大力发展投行业务不但有利于自身的发展,还能促使其实现投资地方企业、回馈当地经济的本源。本文梳理了现有文献,分析比较了数家城商行投行业务的规模、结构、模式以及风险,进而指出了我国城商行投行业务发展存在的问题,最后在此基础上尝试提出了我国城商行拓展投行业务的相关策略。
[Abstract]:The deepening of financial reform has promoted the development of capital market, and direct financing accounts for an increasing proportion in the scale of social financing. Therefore, under the trend of mixed operation in the development of our financial system, As a special part of China's banking system, the development of investment banking is not only conducive to its own development, but also can promote its investment in local enterprises. This paper reviews the existing literature, analyzes and compares the scale, structure, model and risk of the investment banking business of several city commercial banks, and then points out the problems existing in the development of the investment banking business in China. Finally, this paper tries to put forward the relevant strategies to expand the investment banking business of China City Commercial Bank.
